The hotel is approximately 5-10minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. Good value hotel located few steps away from vibrant streets of the area. Hotel room is relatively fair size to Japan standard, clean and adequate. Wifi is available and free at the lobby, coffee and information booklets as well. Staffs are accommodating. Check in and check out is a brisk.

Pretty good hotel, stayed in December 2014 in a couple of twin rooms. Rooms are pretty small but fine if you're not spending too much time in your hotel room. Bathroom was good useful vending machines, free coffee from machine in reception. The only negative was the spotty wi fi but not too big a deal.

We stayed here in the latter of end of September for some city sight-seeing and for the Sumo Tournament. Good value hotel, the room we stayed in didn't have a wardrobe but as this was Tokyo was the last leg of our journey (Osaka-Kyoto-Okinawa-Tokyo) we were not that bothered. Very closely located to the subway line which can take you... More

We had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect and there are so many great restaurants downstairs. It's very quiet. We walked to Harijuku and Meeji Shrine and enjoyed every minute of the walk. The hotel is beautiful and they provide shampoo, body wash etc in big bottles. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Really friendly staff who go... More

Stayed there for 4 nights. Small room for Asians with adequate facilities provided. Stayed in 8 level room. Blanket has bad smell and bed frame has oily stains. Need some cleaning before I sleep. Bathroom tiles were yellow and it need some refurbishing. However, it has good location with surrounding areas of small eateries and shopping areas. Near Shinjuku Station... More

Hotel staff did their best to speak English and were very polite. Was a little expensive for early check in, but there's a nice little cafe on the ground floor which we chose to have lunch in instead, great service. Room was very small, but had a comfy bed and was exceptionally clean. Location was great, right in the centre... More

So, the rooms here are tiny, but that's standard in Tokyo. Other than that, this hotel is great. Clean, great location near lots of restaurants and the Shinjuku station, and friendly staff that will help you out. Free WiFi is available but only in the lobby.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Tiny but nice room, quite comfortable with full of facilities. Not far away from Shinjuku-NIshiguchi Station (5 mins walking distance). Friendly reception staff and housekeeping staff. Highly recommended for those with budget.

The hotel is 7-10min walk from JR Shinjuku Station, which makes it very convenient to go around Tokyo. Shinjuku-Nishiguchi Station (Toei Oedo Line) is also 3-5min away from the hotel. Kabuchiko and Tokyo Metropolitan Government building is easily reached on foot. There small restaurants and alley bars everywhere. You'll never run out of option for dining/drinking. The hotel room is... More

I've been staying at the Nishi-Shinjuku hotel every time I've come through Tokyo. It's a short walk from Shinjuku station and in a drinking area that's a little loud at times but not awful (the scary area is on the other side of the train tracks in Kabukicho.) It's a business hotel, though, which means small rooms and thin walls,... More
