Eating and drinking out in Tokyo can be very expensive, however, with this well laid out apartment hotel you can have the best of both worlds by either staying in and cooking up a meal in the kitchen which is one large efficient hot plate and microwave with plenty of kitchen utensils,or enjoying a wide choice of restaurants on your... My fiancee and I are finishing up a three-week stay at Citadines. We have both been impressed with the location, the rooms, and especially the service. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would (knocking off a 1/2 star only because the breakfast is a bit lackluster and is basically the same every single day). As others have... More

Very new and smart hotel. We stayed there for ten days and we really liked it. The room is fully furnished with a little kitchen wich we used for breakfast and late meals. You can buy anything you like at any time in Tokyo. We never had breakfast at the hotel. We had our room at a very high up... More

We booked this hotel on the basis of other tripadvisor reviews, and were not disappointed. The hotel was very reasonably priced, in a location convenient to multiple tranpsortation options. The rooms offered a good deal of space, with comfortable sleeping and sitting areas, and were immaculately clean. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite, and also fluent... We were pleasantly surprised by the room size which is not at all bad for Tokyo. For the rate we paid for, this is a pretty good deal. I like the design of the room where the tv can move between bedroom and living room, hard to imagine but it actually slides over to both areas. I also like that... More

Read a few mixed reviews of this hotel before we went to Tokyo but I thought we would give it a try as it’s very close to the east side of Shinjuku. The hotel wasn’t easy to find if you get out from the Shinjukugyoenmae, it is closer but not easy to get to. I would recommend going from Shinjuku... More

New hotel located in a quiet part of Shinjuku. 10 mins walk from Shinjuku JR station. We were lost for an hour trying to find the hotel, so I'd suggest jumping in a cab (and printing the address in Japanese). The hotel was very clean and very accommodating to us after our overnight flight from Sydney. We could not access... More

Had 7 nights in Tokyo and stayed here based on a recommendation of a friend. Couldn't be more impressed. Comfortable bed, Clean, Friendly and close to Subway Station. Great advice from reception staff with 'tips' for getting around Tokyo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and had a small kitchenette for making breakfast etc. Reception let us store our luggage... More

I stayed for my first half of my business trip to Tokyo. My criteria was reasonable accommodation with gym and laundry facility in walkable distance from train station within CBD. It was spacious than hotels in this price category, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with good command of English. I would recommend here to those especially from... More
