Extremely helpful staff. Room had everything needed for the three of us (2 adults and 1 child) for a little under a week. Quite a few kids staying there which meant it was a little more relaxed. Its not too close to the crazy of the central Shinkuju Shopping area. You can use your JR pass for some Tokyo stations... More

We stayed here for a week and had a really positive experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and they also spoke very good English. Room we stayed in was small, which is what you expect to find with most accommodation in Tokyo, however if you are like my girlfriend and I who spent a majority of our time... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. Not the biggest of rooms but extremely well organised, everything you could want for, spotlessly clean and a great location. Small kitchenette area included but we didn't use it as there are too many great restaurant choices in the Shinjuku area. Continental breakfast very basic and a bit poor, but inexpensive, so... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. A quiet and cozy area of Shinjuku, about 10-15mins from the main Shinjuku JR station and 5mins from the nearest subway. If you don't mind being slightly away from the main area and are able to walk some distances, then this could be good for you. Very nice, clean and with warm and friendly staff.... More

We stayed here for a feel of the city after 5 days in urayasu . We chose this based on trip advisor review and a family member who had a good experience . It's quite a walk from the station especially if you have luggage . Otherwise it's close to the shopping areas , close to small restaurants and there's... More

We stayed in a triple room (two single beds and one sofa bed). Our room was spacious enough to walk around and store our luggages. Bathroom was equipped with fresh towels, shampoo and soap. Sink is located outside the bathroom. Kitchen had adequate pots and pans, cutlery, and utensils, plus an electric stove top, a microwave oven, a toaster, and... More

We stayed at the hotel (parents with 22 years daughter) for a week. Although the room was a little bit small for us, we enjoyed our stay. Staff is helpful, some has very good English, some less... kitchenette was very helpful, especially if you have troubles adjusting to local food. location is great very near the metro and walking distance... The hotel is situated 2 stops away from the main Shinjuku station. We like its location in the quieter area but yet convenient enough. It is approximately 5 mins walk to the nearest subway station, Shinjuku Gyoemmae. There are many restaurants/small eateries along the way to the station. At Shinjuku Gyoemmae station, exit at Exit 2. when you get out... More

I visited Tokyo at the end of May. Citadines gave me a great impression that the staffs at reception were good English speakers. The room is cozy and big size. There is a tiny kitchen with full accessaries that we can cook anytime. The hotel located at the quite street and a lot of nice restaurants nearby. I will visit Citadines... More

Stayed here feb, 2013. It's kinda away from shinjuku main district. However there is a metro station within less than 5 minutes away. The main Station is only a few minutes away by cab. The hotel is only a few years old. The staffs are friendly, rooms are large for Japan standards, even has a separate sitting area, & a... More
