The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk away from Shinjuku. We were satisfied with the hotel, be it the rooms or the service. It's a plus point that they have pretty fluent English and Mandarin speaking staff who were very helpful in giving us directions to places we were unsure of. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This is not a family hotel but for business people. Rooms are made for one person with very little luggage. Very clean and new looking. I loved the small elevators. A lot of places to eat right outside the front door. Close to the JR and subways. This place rocks.

Very comfortable and convenience; location is near JR station and metro; good wifi performance; big bed and easy to sleep; nice staff and rapid check-in / check out; and okay to keep luggage after check-out.

Excellent value for money with a very central location. Clean, tidy, functional. Very friendly staff - would definitely stay here again. I was with a group of 14 friends for a football trip - some senior travellers in the group, and no one had a bad word to say about the accommodation.

Very clean, excellent position, only 2 minutes walk from underground station. Staff very helpful. Rooms and toilet very small but with all comforts needed. They don't have a restaurant so no room service is possible

We got here right after arriving, so we just wanted to relax. Check in went smoothly. The staff spoke a little bit of English but enough for what was required. The room was fine and clean. The only observation is that there was barely enough room to open one suitcase, so if you're traveling with two large suitcases, try to... More

I like special the location. And the room is clean. But I can't use free phone in the Japan. And the food market is small. But the shinjuku station is very near. So i don't care the food. And the hotel is famous. So I can delivery anything

Nice Hotel, very close to the subway station, and at 10 minutes walking from shinjuku. Nice rooms, not that big but enough for a week end, excellent bed, shower and toilets are OK. Excellent choice if you don't plan to spend that much time in the room.

Such a great location. Super close to many train and metro stations. Good price. Very clean and tidy room. Room quite small but normal for Tokyo standard. The only thing is is that the bed and pillow was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I stayed for 4 nights and got very little sleep because of this. Not sure if this is... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
