There arent many breakfast spots out there so the option not needing to think of where to head for breakfast is great. Standard food fare, but refreshing to have a mix of Japanese and Western spread. Stayed for 4 nights and it was great. Room and toilet are clean, location is great, just a stone throw away from golden gai... More

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was confortable and the staff really helpful. You can notice they thought of the key things that a person traveling would need, like access to a washing machine, that was excelent for me, I was very happy about being able to wash my clothes. The room was relatively... More

Hotel is about 15minutes walk from JR Shinjuku East Exit. You may pass through Subnade and use Exit 15. Check In/Out is a breeze. Breakfast has limited choices but filling enough to start your day in Tokyo. Room is really small but since I stayed with my two small kids, It's not that much of an issue. Bed is comfortable... We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were on the overall very impressed with the hotel and level of service we received. This is probably close to a 4.5 stars hotel in Australian standards. We booked the Executive Double B room on the 13th floor and had great views of the city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful,... More

Have just returned from a staying at this hotel for 3 nights, and the room was clean and cozy, albeit a little small. We stayed in the double room and the bed was slightly smaller than a single bed, but again....soft and comfy. The hotel staff were friendly enough, but not overly bubbly or warm. The breakfast was a big... More

Pros: We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights at the best western. The rooms were clean and tidy (beds were a bit on the smaller size), staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was included and offered a good range. The hotel provides service laundry facilities. Cons: The hotel is not in a good location if travelling with children... More

this rating is only because the location is in tokyo, elsewhere i would have given a lower rating. this hotel has very good location and quite easy to find if you follow the hotel map (print from the hotel website). the walk to the shinjuku main train station is an easy walk. but if you hv a lot of lugages,... Booked online and stayed for two nights with my wife. Never expected the room to be so compact (considering that I just check out from a spacious hotel suburb of Tokyo) but sufficient for two person with two huge luggage bags. Strategic location, around 5-10 minutes walk from train station and plenty of place for food, shopping, site seeing and... More

I stayed here for 2 nights, and it totally surpassed my expectations. Sure the location is right on the edge of Kabukicho, but it is Japan and I have never felt safer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. The room and bathroom was super clean. A bit small yes, but it is... More
