First of all; the location is great. 2 minutes from JR Shibuya, which connects you with almost everywhere in Tokyo. We had to wait pretty long until we could finally check-in which was a bit of a pain. Great location, cafes, wine bars right next to it, 3mins from railway station, 4 from Shibuya crossing. Rooms funky, a few quirks. Got a twin room for my kids, - shower room can be seen even with curtain across, which was a bit iffy. Breakfast included but not worth the price. Stayed here for 1 night. A lovely, quirky hotel, very modern, with smallish rooms but plenty big enough for your suitcases and room to move around.
