Pros: Price was great for Shibuya and location was no more than 10min walk from the Hatchiko statue. Hotel has Starbucks and convenience store next door and we loved eating at the Matsuya Japanese fast food restaurant across the street which was cheap and delicious. Room was quiet, bed was fine, we slept well. Cons: Nothing happening around this location,... More

Pros: Location about 5-10 walk to Shibuya station and Shibuya scramble Price is reasonable for Tokyo Rooms are decorated in a retro Victorian style, typical of quirky Shibuya, complete with pink toilet paper. Husband didn't care for the décor though. Lots of free amenities at front desk -- razors, hair clips and bands, wash poofs, etc. Cons: Nothing stunning about... More

Making Shibuya as a Tokyo home base was a great idea. We love the vibe of the city, the location of the hotel, and the overall convenience of being near the Shibuya station (which was a pretty great station). The hotel has an old-world charm with very feminine accents, and vintage feel. If that is not to your liking, and... More

Tokyo was the hardest to navigate in, the hotel employees were very kind and helped us in all that we asked for. It's a 5-8 minute walk to Shibuya station making it very convenient when traveling via trains! It's abt 10 minutes away from the shibuya crossing too and all the shops around it! They give free bottled water everyday!... More

Can be hard to find. We used directions from another review: go through Hikarie building and exit by Aoyama Flower Market. Exit towards alley with Ginza coffee shop. Turn left at end of street. Go up stairs to cross street. You will see the big Cafe Monstre sign next to the hotel. Stairs are tough with luggage. Room is super... More

The biggest benefit of this hotel is the location. Short 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing and all the main shops. Unfortunately we were not impressed by the room. It is a boutique hotel that some may describe as 'quirky' , but the walls and bedding were old, pillows very uncomfortable, and the room was extremely stuffy. We tried to... More

I stayed at sakura fleur for 3 nights in the winter season. I really liked the decor and the monster cafe next door was nice to sit in for a relaxing cup of tea after arriving. It is a very convenient location to get to shibuya station but there are a lot of stairs to climb with the above road... More

The room we had was prettily appointed, and its location to Shibuya very convenient. Clean, quiet, and near locations we wished to visit as well as to public transport, we appreciated their free W-LAN and the daily bottles of water as well. We didn't avail of the breakfast option, but there was a cafe voucher for freshly squeezed juice that... More

Staffs were kind and polite. The hotel is very conveniently located just minutes away from Shibuya station. Bit tricky to find because hotel’s signage is poorly presented. Even though the hotel is on the Aoyama road, it is not too noisy. The rooms and furniture are outdated, however, they go well with the hotel’s concept of being romantic and retro.... More

The Stay at the Hotel was very comfortable, very friendly staff! The rooms were a bit small, but I guess this is just normal in Japan :-) The Hotel is located 300m away from the Shibuya Station, so it's perfect to start trips in any direction. Very nice Hotel to stay near to Shibuya and the Inner City of Tokyo.
