You have to pay a charge to get wifi, to drink water, to watch tv, ... amazing! I think this hotel is already enough expensive. The worst hotel during my japanese holidays. Staff is not polite. They speak english but they won't help you. My room was so dirty, so disgusting! Choose other hotel!!

I think this was a my third stay, generally very happy but the room had a residual feeling of smokers. The central location, near the skatepark, 2 close by convenience stores, Family Mart and 7-11 to get nice chilled beer and snacks. I usually get the Narita express train from Shibuya but elected to get the bus, this was fantastic... More

We had a pleasant stay at Shibuya Tobu in a 3 person room. Wifi was available in the rooms and lobby and the hotel is not a long walk from Shibuya station. There is lots of shopping nearby and a 7-11 next door for easy access to cash for foreigners.

We arrived in Tokyo on New Year's Eve from a snow trip in hakuba. We arrived by train at shibuya station and the hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from the station, and it was very easy to find. The hotel is in a very central location and close to lots of attractions like the shibuya pedestrian scramble. The hotel... More

Stayed here for three nights with the family this week and were so disappointed. Hotel is very dated but clean but only two floors of non smoking, so when we arrived there was no availability for two rooms. Two of our children were severe asthmatics so it made our stay extremely difficult. Only good point is the location. Right in... More

Nice hotel, about 10 minutes to the Shibuya crossing. A lots of choices of restaurant, shop, bars. The room are very small even for Japanese standard, but well appointed. Unfortunately there is no Wi Fi in the room and I had a tablet, so can't connect to the internet with wire, but they offer me a pocket Wi-Fi for 500Y... More

Cozy hotel with fair price in the heart of Shibuya, friendly hotel staffs. Rooms are bigger than other hotels but could be better with "FREE WIFI" for guests in room. U would recommand Tobu hotel to everyone for their to Tokyo.

Nice hotel, great value. 8 minute walk from the station, tons of things to do in the immediate area. The room is a typical Japanese hotel room, maybe cramped for those used to US hotels. However, it was comfortable and not bad at all as long as you know what to expect.

Good position and very fair price. Near to major interests in Shibuya, shops, mall, bars, restaurants. I enjoyed so much this hotel and the Prince Washington very fair, considering position and the average of other hotels

A few minutes from Shibuya station, nearby to Shibuya 109, Tsutaya books, Shibuya crossing, Hachiko, stores, pubs and restaurants. The service and rooms is ok. I liked the experience in Shibuya Tobu Hotel and i recommend.

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
