Could not fault the location of the hotel in regards to shopping and transport. staff are friendly and most welcoming to tourists. Would recommend this to people wanting to stay in the heart of the city.

While we friends were touring Tokyo we stayed in this hotel for couple of nights. Before I write any further, I must say that the location of this hotel is remarkable. You have seven eleven on one side and family mart on the other. So you don't have worry about if you have late night hunger pangs or massive cravings... More

Hotel is very comfortable, small rooms, typically for Japan i guess, but perfect for spending a week there. Its in the nicer area of Shibuya, also close to Yoyogi park. Nice shops, not too much traffic. I recommend those who are not into the pricy hotels and want to be in the city. The only thing that bothered me was... More

The hotel was in a good location, walking distance from Shibuya Station. The staff lovely. They let us leave our bags for a couple of hours after checkout while we explored Harajuku. There is a convenience store practically next door. We had a great time and would stay again!

The hotel is located 10 minutes from shibuya station, so the position is perfect! The room was clean but quite small. fortunately we had a small corridor to open the suitcases. Inside the room there was everything, also the yukata and the shoes to use inside the room. the staff was friendly and spoke english. Inside the hotel there was... More

Great price (we booked early), excellent location, staff were helpful when one of us became ill. We'd stay here again. It was also particularly quiet for the area. Unfortunately, there wasn't any free wi-fi.

I stayed here for one night while I was passing through Tokyo, and I'm glad it was only one night I was here for. The hotel is in a good location, you can walk to Shibuya station and close to all the shops, restaurants and craziness that Shibuya has to offer. Compared to the other hotels expensive rates this property... More

Great hotel with everything you need. We stayed from 29th March to 4th April 2015. Room size is acceptable, queen bed, with a side table, TV, floor space for 2 huge 28" opened luggage & a toilet with bath tub. I would consider this a real deal at Shibuya. Since we don't smoke, we always choose the non-smoking rooms. Good... More

Over the last 3 years I stayed 4 times at the Shibuya Tobu Hotel and every time it gets better and better. It’s not only ideally located in the heart of Shibuya but it’s also an oasis of calm in the heat of that neighborhood. It’s the ideal location to stay for tourism, whenever you travel on your own or... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
