We stayed in this hotel twice (8 and 2 nights) uring our 3 week visit to Japan and we loved it. The hotel is in a perfect location: close to Shinjuku Station, lots of shops and places to eat. To get there, just follow the signs to the Southern Terrace Exit, walk up the stairs, go left towards Starbucks. The... More

Used as a stop over before heading to Hakuba to ski, and got some sight seeing in too. Nice and close to the Shinjuku train station and the Highway Bus station and serviced by limousine bus (the tokyo airport buses) so perfect for travelers with heavy luggage. A decent walk can get you to Shibuya, Harajuku and the Meiji Shrine.... More

Well, the Hyatt might be better – but I seriously doubt if there is a better hotel in Tokyo pricewise. We paid 7 300 SEK (@85 000 yen) for 7 nights in a economy double, which is a bargain considering the cleanliness, location, room and service. We arrived in the morning and could check-in at 14.00, no problem for us.... More

My Partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September 2008 and were very impressed. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk to Shinjuku Station and right in the heart of the lights and craziness of Shinjuku. The Lobby was huge and welcoming, and the first floor has a guest lounge with free internet, coffee,... More

The limo service at Narita Airport took us straight in front to the hotel (About a 45 min drive & cost about 3500 yen per person) and you can even exchange your currency while you're at Narita Airport. I believe the limo service is the best deal b/c there's a lot of traffic heading into the Shinjuku area (don't know... More

We stayed at Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku for a total of 8 nights; 3 nights when we first arrived and then the last 5 nights of our recent trip to Japan. The location and price of the hotel were the main deciding factors for us - close to Shinjuku station, restaurants and department stores. We got a great deal on Expedia.com.... More

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel (Mar. 30 - Apr. 05). We booked our trip through Expedia. Check-in was a breeze. The friendly airport limo bus stops right in front of the hotel. We booked a double economy room, which was a small room but cozy enough for two people. If you are willing to pay more... More

Booked for two adults and one child in a double room. non smoking. Young lady at reception appeared to change booking when she realised my son was not with us. Offered single room with one double bed, smoking room with extremely dirty carpets and strong smell of smoke through bed clothes and towels. Offered another room at an expensive up... More

We stayed at this hotel in December last year. This was our first time travelling to Japan. We found the staff very accommodating and polite, and always happy to answer any questions. While we could speak a bare minimum of Japanese, there were staff members with excellent English language who were able to help us. Those who were not fluent... More

We chose this hotel mainly because of it's location and it's price. We were not disappointed! For this price in Tokyo we were not expecting too much, but this is a very lovely hotel.I had read that the rooms were small, so we booked a room with two twin beds for a little more room. The beds were actually closer... More
