the hotel allows you to explore Tokyo by public transportation since is basically on top of the Shibuya station. you can also get to and from the airport on a bus that will leave you in the door of the hotel at very affordable prices. The hotel is pretty basic but it has everything you need to make yourself comfortable,... More

The room is quite basic. Not so much amenities. What the hotel compensates for is its location. Airport bus stop is 10 meters away. Shibuya station is below the hotel. There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And if lucky, your room might have a view of the Shibuya crossing.

Rooms are actually not small by Japanese standards. I have been in much smaller ones. Breakfasts are OK, both Japanese and western. But of course the main point is the location. Right next to the Shibuya Station and the entertainment area.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip to Tokyo. While the rooms are quite small (as is to be expected for a hotel stay in Tokyo), they were quite clean, with excellent daily makeup service. The view over Shibuya and the rest of the city is quite something and will be very inpressive to first-timers as well... More

I would stay at this hotel only for the location. Pro: - great location, steps from Shibuya station - ladies floor has great amenities Con: - basic business hotel, expensive for the facilities - room and hotel a bit date, although room was renovated in 2014, bathroom remains old, dark and looks gloomy - lack customer service

We stayed here for 4 nights after a ski trip in Japan. This was our second time to Japan but our first stay in Tokyo. The location of this hotel is excellent, however it is difficult to find from Shibuya station. Once we knew where we were going though it was great. We were on the 18th floor so we... More

Had a quad, room was generous by japanese standards. It was comfy, with a sitting area as well. We had a room on a high floor, the view was fantastic Room was clean and well appointed, had a separate wash room (with it's own faucet) so it was great for our family of 4. Staff were polite and efficient, good... More

we stayed there for 2 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its central location: Ideal for people who want to shop and eat around the city centre. We found it difficult to locate initially, and that wasn't pleasant with kids and luggage. Having said that: The hotel has a taxi ramp and the taxi drivers know it easily.... More

We stayed 3 nights here during a short stay in Tokyo. The location is excellent - you are in the heart of Shibuya and close the the metro and JR lines. It can be a bit tricky to find but there is a forum here on Trip Advisor that gives instruction. Our hotel room had views across the city and... More

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and found the location to be most central to everything, as the Shibuya train station is connected to the hotel and from there Tokyo is at your doorstep. If you not speak any Japanese you may prefer to go to a western chain hotel, though with our limited knowledge of the... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
