A great location, the rooms are clean and the view is wonderful, too. We are particularly fond of the bar by the lobby. Sakai-san is a very sweet and talented staff member, and when I see her, I make sure to drop by for a drink. She makes great cocktails and has a sweet smile.

the century southern tower is right next to shinjuku station, one of the busiest in the world. The hotel is atop an office building with great views, nice, clean and comfortable rooms which are also spacious for japanese hotels. Close to shops and shinjuku night life. I in fact always stay in this hotel when in tokyo - which is... More

We arrived to the hotel around 9am after taking the airport limousine from Narita. During online booking I requested for early check in but advise they can't guarantee. Understandable as check in is from 2pm onwards. They stored our luggages and ask us to be back for 12noon as the room will be ready. We arrived back to the hotel... More

From Narita airport to the hotel by bus or Nex, very convenient! Receptionist attitude needs to be improved, breakfast had a good views, spacious and comfortable room, landscape with open, but the price is slightly higher.

This hotel is ideally located near Shinjuku station. Reception is on the 20th floor of the building as is the main restaurant. Our room was on the top floor and offered views of the city and even Fuji-san! The room was well appointed and of a very high standard. Breakfast was served on the 20th floor and the views are... We had high expectations for this hotel based on its excellent Trip Adviser score and recent reviews. It wasn’t what we expected, but it was decent. Location is excellent and it’s easy to find - as soon as you exit Shinjuku Station South Exit just look up! You’ll see the two big towers, and you’re heading towards the furthest one,... More

We stayed at the Century Southern Tower a year and a half ago. Now we are planning a return trip to Tokyo and we had no question about where to stay, so I just booked again. The rooms were comfortable and location was ideal. Even though it's technically Shibuya you will think you are in Shinjuku. We never ate at... More

I took my 77 year old Mother to Tokyo for a week and I wanted to stay close to a train station which had both metro and country trains so she didn't have to walk too far each day. We went to Mt Fuji and Nikko by train from Shinjuku. This was perfect. There are also plenty of shops and... More

Compared to other hotels in the area, we chose this one due to location and size. It was a very comfortable stay for us and the views around the hotel were incredible. We liked how close we were to Shinjuku station (the hub of Tokyo!). Travelling around was easy, and there were enough restaurants and shops nearby as well. Would... More

Our large family of 17 people (the whole caboodle including my siblings, our children and our parents ) booked 8 rooms from Dec 26- Jan 4 , we previously stayed in the hotel and really enjoyed the location so we decided on our next trip to stay here again. As tokyo hotels go, the rooms are pretty standard in size.... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
