2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I gave two out of five instead of one because the hotel facilities is quite clean and this hotel is located in a convenient area around Shinjuku. However, there is no concierge services or anyone who is fluent in English working in the front desk. You would expect a hotel as big as this one with many good reviews on... More

Century Southern Tower hotel was a perfect hotel directly across my two favorite stores: Tokyo Hands and Takashimaya. The rooms were on the small size given we had a corner suite with a king sized bed. We expected larger rooms. Our kids room had a problem with the air-conditioning and the staff simply put an electric fan for them to... More

We recently had a 5 night stay. We arrived via train and took the New South exit, this is quite heavily under construction and the amenities are currently not as nice as in the other parts of the station. Nonetheless this is the closest exit. Turn left on exiting past Starbucks, Krispy Creme and the store FrancFranc is directly opposite... More

Hotel Century Southern Tower's location cannot get any better. We loved it. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Suitable amenities were provided. We loved being able to access the internet via their television. A keyboard was provided.

This hotel occupies the top floors of business block and sits above the Shinjuku station. So in terms of convenience, you find it hard to locate a better hotel. It is literally 50 metres from the South Exit of the station. 100 metres across a walkway to a huge shopping complex of both 'Tokyo hands' & Takashima with its 14... More

We have just enjoyed 3 nights in this quality hotel. The views are amazing and it's literally next to Shinjuku station which is a perfect base to travel around Tokyo, Narita etc. The beds and doonas are very comfortable too. Highly recommended by us.

We stayed for 3 nights during the Easter period and thoroughly enjoyed. A very convenient location just around the corner at the South exit of Shinjuku JR station. Room is quite spacious given that we have an extra bed, room was clean and well managed. Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. This is no doubt my no.1... More

Can't say good things enough for this hotel. The location is near Takashimaya, train stations and the Narita Express exit. The hotel's lobby is located on the 20th floor so all rooms have nice views of the city. On our first few days with the family, we booked the room with triple bed configuration. It has enough space for our... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
