I stayed in this hotel many times in the past and went back again in March this year on two separate occasions. The location is very good, convenient to travel by train and there is a nice department store near by. However, the quality of this hotel really went down...the room was clumsily made, not cleaned properly...wifi kept disconnected, etc.... More

The hotel can easily reached by walk from Shinjuku station - just use south exit and walk over south exit terasse. You find the hotel reception on the 20th floor. Staff is friendly and overall style of hotel is very modern. Rooms are adequate, bed is very convenient. Free Wifi is included. Breakfast offers good choice between European and Japanese... More

We stayed for 3 nights in a corner suite. The room had a fantastic view of Tokyo and on a clear day you could see Mt Fuji. The bathroom was a bit basic but served its purpose and the hotel provided shampoo, razors, toothbrush all the other things you expect to find. The bedroom was on the 25th floor so... More

This hotel is located within walking distance to JR station and Shinjuku. Very convenient for shopping or if you want a ramen for snack. The hotel is clean and definitely worth to book a view room because of its location, the airport limobus stops at this hotel so very convenient. We booked a room with breakfast and again the view... My second stay at this Hotel and this time for 4 nights. Location of this Hotel is great, Just a short walk from Shinjuku drop for the airport limousine, they also have a direct service to this Hotel though less frequent. Shinjuku station lets you get anywhere in Tokyo. You can by tickets for the return at reception. Rooms are... More

Stayed at this hotel in April 2015 for a two days meeting. Friendly service, good location close to JR station. Rooms are small but clean. Free Wi-Fi which is definitely a plus. Will not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed here over 4 nights when we visited Tokyo and would definitely stay here again in the future if we visit Tokyo. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to Shinjuku station (3mins walk) and very close to all the shops/restaurants in the heart of Shinjuku as well. Getting around is very easy as its only a short... More

We booked this new hotel to explore the western part of Tokyo. It was an excellent choice. Price was ok and the room is really big and nice for the city. We had a view room on the 34rd floor with the city view. (the lobby is on the 20th). It is less than 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku... More

We stayed in this hotel in December 17, 2014 in Room 3571, its a Southern Tower Twin Room. We requested a room seeing Mt. Fuji and we got a room exactly the way we wanted, the check-in staff always had smiles and were very friendly and professional. This hotel would be one of my favourite because the room is big... On my honeymoon we made a round-trip of Japan and tried a lot of different places. This place was by far the best. The view is amazing, that staff are kind and helpful and the restaurant (Trebek) was really good. The hotel is situated perfectly in Shinjuku, with easy access to everything worth seeing. The has a good size and... More

Staying in Shinjuku

Neighborhood Profile
Shinjuku
Shinjuku is the commuting capital of Tokyo, and contains the busiest train station in the world. To the west, there's an office district with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office at its center. To the east, there’s a district with long-established department stores, cinemas and theaters. Shinjuku Gyoen is a park originally built as the garden for the Imperial Household. It is quite famous as a venue for cherry-blossom viewing in March and April. In Shinjuku, many restaurants operate all night, and districts such as Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) or Shinjuku Golden Machi have back streets filled with tiny restaurants and bars that reflect each owner’s unique taste and style.
