Stayed here one night before flying back to the States. Located near the Shibuya Subway/Train station with Narita Express. Getting to/from hotel and subway can be a pain with luggage and the busiest intersection in the world, but look for the walkways with elevators, it isn't that bad. Solid luxury hotel, with great rooms and views. Shibuya offers a lot,... More

A well appointed hotel with great links to eateries and shopping areas. The hotel is few minutes walk to Shibuya stations, which provides good connections across the Japanese railway network. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, but hey you are staying In a high end hotel. Come on Cerulean listen to your customers... More

I stayed four nights at the Cerulean while traveling on business. The location is super convenient and right at Shibuya station, which made it extremely easy to get around. There are lots of excellent restaurant and shopping choices in the immediate vicinity too, from little dive-y katsudon and ramen joints to much higher-end restaurants. The hotel was good. My room... Service was only average because it was a very busy hotel and reception area. It was mainly geared towards business travelers, so don't expect too much personalised service. Great location, short walk to train station. Brilliant views of Shibuya.

This hotel is very modern in the heart of Shibuya, a few 100 meters from the JR Line. We decided to upgrade form a normal room to the club room. Love the club great breakfast, and cocktail time free moet and french red and white wine some sprits and beer. The room modern clean and not bad size with a... More

This hotel promised the world and delivered one of our worst hotel experiences. We expected Tokyo accommodation to be expensive, so the kids and I spent first night in a hostel (also reviewed) and when my husband joined us we moved for 3 nights to this hotel. It deserves it's 4-5 stars for location, cleanliness and buffet breakfast but the... More

Wow, this hotel is very wow! Where to begin? When you arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by a super friendly porter who is as excited to see you as you are of touching down in Tokyo. The reception staff is very professional and oh so welcoming. The room is quite large and the bathroom....amazeballs! I love that the... More

We stayed in a king room which was very large by Japanese standards. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Service was also fantastic. The location is a stone throw away from Shibuya crossing, so after a long day of shopping and exploring the frantic energy that Shibuya exudes, it is only a short walk home! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Cerulean Tower Tokyo for 4 Nights (Sept 6 2014 to Sept 10 2014). Ease of Access to Hotel: Arriving at Narita Airport, the hotel is probably one of the easiest to get to. This was our first time in Tokyo and only did minimal research into getting to the hotel. The hotel staff also provided emails... More

Elegant and classic hotel just a short walk to Shibuya's shopping, restaurant area, and JR train station. Superb views of Tokyo (we stayed on the 33rd floor), classic luxury rooms and excellent service make this a top pick for Tokyo accommodation.
