We stayed here for 3 nights on the 32nd floor with a stunning view of Fuji-san. By modern Japanese standards a good sized room with a large full bath/ shower suite. Beds with choice of pillows, were supremely comfortable, bath robes and towels all fluffy and new with an outstanding free offering of complimentary ladies cosmetics! At US$350 a night... More

Picked this hotel as it was highly rated by previous travellers and only 5 mins walks from Shibuya Station, which is a great place to base yourself for visiting any part of Tokyo/Yokohama or Bullet Train services from Tokyo. It is also 5 mins from all the shops, restaurants and entertainment in central Shibuya, so everything you needed on the... More

This hotel is ideally located near Shibuya station with access to Yamanote Line which is very practical to reach many parts of Tokyo. There is a nice jazz club on the premises and also a cool lounge on the last floor where we had a nice sake flight. I would stay there again in the future.

Located in a great spot, easy access to train station and local amenities. Staff very courteous in all regards. Breakfast with extremely good selection to suit both Western and Eastern taste. The Top floor bar is brilliant, very vibrant with fantastic views - not cheap though! Rooms are of great size, well decorated with nice bathrooms

Just getting set to leave here. Great room huge with a view of Mount Fuji if it's clear , which it has been. All amenities here , haven't used gym and dont mind paying for wifi as many dont't use these things. I haven't eaten here just had a quick cup of tea and some fruit from the local shops... More

Stayed there for two nights. Gym was charged extra 2,100 ¥ even though poorly equipped and dirty. Breakfast was included but not available on day of departure in the restaurant, the executive floor restaurant opens late so I had to leave w/o bf. Staff was kind (as always in 5* hotels) but very inflexible. Location is good but there are... More

Stayed here on a 5 day trip to Tokyo...first trip. Staff were great...polite and helpful. Room was great, comfortable and wasn't stuffy as so many air conned rooms can be. The top floor bar has great views over the city and Mt Fuji. The hotel is a couple of minutes stroll from the very busy shopping/tourist area of shibuya and... More

Great location - 15-min walk from Shibuya metro station (may be 7 minuet without luggage and snow). Shibuya itself is a hip area, closes to the coolest things to do and to see + couple stops away from other famous neighborhoods. Tip: Shibuya is a big station. look out for Tokyu mall, there is a footbridege on the left. That's... More

I stayed here with a friend in February and really enjoyed it. Though it was a little pricey, the room was far larger and grander than most in Tokyo. In fact, our bathroom was about the size of a normal Tokyo room! The location is great, it's about 3 minutes walk to shibuya station and the famous pedestrian scramble. The... More

Amazing rooms with a view across Tokyo to die for. Outstanding staff who passed the postage test( try posting a large box of goodies home from any hotel - only the best can handle it well from overseas ) Fantastic location in the heart of the action of Shibuya. My only complaint is that the pool is adult only
