This hotel is in a great spot - half way between Harajuku and Shibuya stations, so about 10 minutes either way. There is shopping in every direction and plenty of places to eat out. A real perk of this location is that both Shibuya and Harajuku stations have lifts/elevators. If you've travelled to Tokyo before you are probably all too... More

I don't know why many people recommended this hotel, so i decided to try, i booked it for 4 night with friends, and suddenly i found out it's location is between Harajuku, Shibuya and Omotesando, and it's near Meiji Temple and Yoyogi park, what a special location? But not so close to subway station. They gave me a room with... More

The hotel is right in the middle of the city . You are within walking distance to the parks, shopping and night life. The spa is fantastic! Breakfast is delicious with a good selection of international fare. The rooms are compact but have amenities that rival big hotels. They offer pajamas! And don't forget the toilet :)

The Dormy Inn was in a great location - short walking distance to Shibuya and to Harajuku. The room was small, but clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I'd definitely here again

The Dormy Inn is in Shibuya and very close to the train station as well as Harajuku. The rooms are clean, but be aware, they're pretty small. If you don't mind that it's a good place to stay. It's very close to the train tracks, but it's actually fairly quiet considering. I really liked the spa and onsen in the... More

Stayed here to access local nightlife and shopping. Small rooms but this is Tokyo so no surprise there. Friendly staff. Will come again, hopefully. Walking distance from main shibuya shops and the awesome DJ Bar Koara! Worth 4 stars from me.

I stayed there for three nights for business. The room is a bit small but very well organized and clean. Bed is good. The staff is very nice and speaks well English. Breakfast is good and diversified. Overall I'm very glad with that hotel, I'll go back there next time in Tokyo as the location is also great!

This clean and simple hotel just have everything you will need for your Tokyo stay. Just in between Shibuya and Harajuku station is very close to the fashionable Omodesanto other must see location in Tokyo. I had a reservation for around 110€/night and really worth it: breakfast, Onsen/sauna access, wifi high speed connection, etc

The staff were friendly and helpful, they had their own onsen which was a great way to unwind after a lot of shopping and sightseeing. They also offered free shuttle service to shinjuku station and bikes for guest to use. The location is near harajuku and shinjuku so it was great nightlife and plenty of food options. The rooms were... More

We booked a non-smoking double room for about 30,000 YEN per night. The room itself was small, as other reviewers have mentioned, but it was fine for a few nights. Our window faced the train station in the back, but it didn't get as loud as I thought it would. The toilet was the best part and also unlimited toiletries... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
