I stayed there for three nights for business. The room is a bit small but very well organized and clean. Bed is good. The staff is very nice and speaks well English. Breakfast is good and diversified. Overall I'm very glad with that hotel, I'll go back there next time in Tokyo as the location is also great!

This clean and simple hotel just have everything you will need for your Tokyo stay. Just in between Shibuya and Harajuku station is very close to the fashionable Omodesanto other must see location in Tokyo. I had a reservation for around 110€/night and really worth it: breakfast, Onsen/sauna access, wifi high speed connection, etc

The staff were friendly and helpful, they had their own onsen which was a great way to unwind after a lot of shopping and sightseeing. They also offered free shuttle service to shinjuku station and bikes for guest to use. The location is near harajuku and shinjuku so it was great nightlife and plenty of food options. The rooms were... More

We booked a non-smoking double room for about 30,000 YEN per night. The room itself was small, as other reviewers have mentioned, but it was fine for a few nights. Our window faced the train station in the back, but it didn't get as loud as I thought it would. The toilet was the best part and also unlimited toiletries... More

Having stayed at the Kyoto Dormy Inn Premium in October 2013, I have been quite keen to stay at this hotel chain again, due to its immaculate standards and complimentary hot baths. This one in Central Tokyo did not disappoint! I caught the N'EX train to Shibuya from Narita Airport, and got to the hotel with no issues (as long... More

Came to visit Tokyo by myself for 10 days and I stayed 7 nights here. Loved it! The hotel personal is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and night ramen, also the baths and massage. The hotel has a great location and the rooms are great and clean. I'll be coming back next month and I have... Stayed here for a week as part of a 3 week trip around Japan. The hotel is situated only 5-10 mins walk from the main Shibuya area and subway/JR lines, so it's a perfect base from which to navigate the city and beyond. The rooms are slightly small, but are clean and comfortable. We actually found most rooms in Japan... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2015

We spent 3 nights in mid January and needed 4 rooms to accomodate our family and another group of friends. Everything from reservation through to our stay was seemless. The staff were so gentile and gracious and greet with a hot towel and a free coffee or tea. Rooms were compact, but roomy for Tokyo standards! All very clean. Onsen... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dormy Inn Premium in Shubuya. It is in a great location with an easy and interesting walk to both Shibuya and Harajuku. The rooms were clean and whilst small, were sufficient. The onsen was fabulous. The breakfast was also quite good with a good choice of different foods. It is only a short taxi... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
