We stayed here for 5 nights and it was very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient. Shibuya station is well connected to other parts of Tokyo and this hotel provides easy access to the new south exit of the station. Though Shibuya is crowded and noisy, this hotel was in a very quiet part of Shibuya. We also had free... More

The establishment is well suited for those travelling with long duration with the need to occassionally cooked our own meal and wash clothings. Tokyo Stay Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi fit in to this description. There are two Tokyu Stay Hotel in Shibuya... More

The location could not be more convenient if staying in the Shibuya area, as it's just by the station's south exit. Particularly convenient if you are coming or going on the narita express. The rooms are large and having a washing machine and basic cooking facilities is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful.

great little hotel in Shibuya far from the noise but close to train and metro station + all the amenities of the area - quite large rooms for japanese standards equipped with kitchenette and washing machine - the only negative point is that there is no cleaning service (just towel and sheets change but no cleaning of the room).

The room is not so large, but simple and functional. Automatic laundry machine is equipped inside of all the rooms. It is very convenient for the long stay. The breakfast option is vary. (7 or 8 options) This is relatively new building and clean. The window glass is double. The room is silent in spite the outside is noisy.

Very good location. We stayed for 3 nights. Upon exiting from the New South Exit of the JR Line, turn right, cross the zebra crossing and the hotel is a few walks to the right. You will pass by a cafe, restaurants and a big Family Mart. Beside the Family Mart, there is a restaurant called Jonathan's. We ate our... More

I stayed in a tiny single room that had everything and surprisingly spacious and clean bathroom. The room was spotless and has a kitchen as well as a laundry machine. Breakfast was served at a restaurant attached to the hotel and was simple but good. The hotel is on a quiet street only a little walk away from the busy... More

Very good location & room size for the price you pay. Pity we only stayed 2 nights. Just 1 minute away from the new Shibuya JR exit & has a big Family Mart just adjacent. Decent food options in the vicinity too. Breakfast is included & held at Jonathan's - which has a decent spread of options. Would return to... More

I stayed at this hotel for two days' holiday over the new year as I could not find a room elsewhere. However, this is a nice surprise. Like many hotels in Tokyo, the room is small (but adequate). The staff service was friendly, helpful and good. The location is pretty convenient; a few minutes' walk to the New South entrance... More

We have been staying in the main building between 18-22 December 2014 in the 33 m2 twin room. The room is spacious comparing to normal Japanese hotel. Bathroom has separate dry and wet area where the wet area has both bathtub and Japanese style water tap. There is a small kitchenette and washer/dryer ensuite (you get a free package of... More

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
