A short walk from Shibuya station, this hotel is well located in one of the nightlife districts of Tokyo. Rooms are newly refurbished, they're small (like most hotels in Tokyo), but high quality bedding and fixtures. They've thought of all the small things - when the lights are off and it detects your feet out of bed on the floor... More

Great, newly renovated hotel if you are looking for a hotel, where you experience a taste of Japanese culture and still have comfortable stay in the center of Tokyo. This hotel has - good location: 7 min. walk from Shibuya station. - Near (30 sec. ) a large, premium department store (where you can find good, prepared food in the... More

If you want to experience uniquely Japanese, yet modern/comfortable accommodation in Tokyo, I highly recommend Shibuya Hotel En. Recently, hotels in Tokyo are going from very expensive to outrageously expensive and still booked-up well in advance. When my usual hotel (Sheraton Miyako) had no availability, I ran into Shibuya Hotel En in the bustling Shibuya. At the beginning, I thought... More

I stayed in December and really enjoyed the neighborhood. The hotel was located in the middle of two trendy spot; URA-SHIBUYA and OKU-SHIBUYA. These areas are getting very popular in these days. There were so many nice restaurants and bars around. You can enjoy bar hopping. The location should be also convenient to those who love movies and music. Many... More

Excellent location in the middle of bustling Shibuya district. The room is neat and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and it has its own design concept and the view over Shibuya. Would be nicer to have the card key system.

I was here for 2 nights with one other person and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel did mention that it is undergoing renovations, but it does not start until 10 am and on the morning that we were there past 10, we did not hear a thing so were not disturbed at all by that. The room was... More

We stayed there a week ago. The location is ok, very close to the Shibuya crossing. Our room was in the 9th level and one of the last ones in the hall. The space was very limited but we had a regular-size bed and a clean bathroom. The decoration is outdated and they seriously have to change the carpet! It... More

The hotel was good, a great location within minutes to Shibuya station and many restaurants within metres. The price was good and even though the room was small there was still enough room for suitcases which isn't always the case in Tokyo.

This is a reasonably priced hotel for Tokyo, and only a short walk from Shibuya subway station, which is quite convenient for accessing many areas of the city. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As a female traveling alone accustomed to Japanese business hotels, it was just what I was looking for.... More

Amazing location for visiting Shibuya area! Nice and straight forward hotel. Quick check in/out. Nice staff. Good beds. Great value! Easy walk from Shibuya station, but maybe take a taxi if you have heavy luggage. Quiet in a buzzing district.

Staying in Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu

Neighborhood Profile
Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.
