The hotel is affordable, not cheap. No hotel in Tokyo is cheap. Location is very good, a few steps to the subway and only two stations from Shinjuku. Good neighbourhood. Staff is very nice and helpful. You get what you pay for and I would stay there again!

I stayed one week in Tokyo, and the hotel was very clean, the staff are very friendly, the room was clean, it´s just 2 blocks away from the Hatagaya Subway station, and it´s very closer to Shinjuku, if you want to take a taxi from Shinjuku station only takes 10 minutes, I hope to come back soon.
