During some weekend, Tokyo can be full packed, months in advance, so moving a bit away, say south to Haneda, can save some of us. That was what saved us that busy busy weekend. We like : - 2 stops from HANEDA on the KEIKYU line, from where plenty of options ply back to TOKYO in no time. Beside, shuttle... More

If you arrive at HND late at night and don't want to take a long ride into the city, this is a great option. It's a very quick taxi ride from the airport, and the staff are friendly and speak English. We arrived shortly before midnight and checked in with no problem, and our pre-ordered pocket wifi was at the... More

Rooms are very small, but if you are going to stay just one night it's not a big deal. The only thing i will share is that the shuttle doesn't work both ways at the same. On the morning just from hotel-airport and on the afternoon just airport-hotel. So if you arrive early, take a taxi or something. A metro... More

Room is too small for 3 people (2adults and 1child) with this expensive price, not worth for the low level of quality of service. Reception (resevation staff attitude and front desk is not helpful and not sincere) his attitude is like"if you don't want to come, please don't come, we will do extra things if you bring along kids". We had an overnight layover at Haneda from San Francisco to Hanoi. We could have either spent a ridiculous amount to stay at the airport hotel, or enjoyed a short shuttle ride into Haneda to stay at Hotel JAL - not a difficult choice. The shuttle pick up seems to have a regular schedule, although we called ahead just to... More

No shuttle bus to the Hotel and when I asked how to get there with large snowboard bags they advised me to get a taxi and it would be no problem. There was a slight problem as the taxi's do not accommodate long snowboard bags and I was rejected by a taxi at the airport, luckily I walked to another... More

Very well located if you are using Haneda airport. Convenient shuttle to and from the airport. If you travel to Narita for a flight, it takes about 90 minutes from the airport and a taxi is an expensive alternative. Very friendly staff that is helpful. Free wi-fi. The rooms are neat, but VERY small. You cannot swing a cat in... More

I thoroughly appreciated the very helpful staff at the JAL City Hotel Haneda. It's close to the airport by either shuttle bus or train. The Anamoriinari train station is a very short walk across the street, and has easy elevators when you're carrying luggage. The airport shuttle was easy to find. Make sure you go across the passageway after getting your baggage to the group bus area and stay in the waiting room. The shuttle bus driver will announce arrival. The room size was pretty decent considering standard rooms found in Japan. Very convenient and comfy!
