I came in this hotel without a reservation, which my fault. However, they were quick to turn me down, without even checking availability! As I was about to leave, I told them to double check and all of the sudden a room was available. Disappointing. On the other hand, the rooms were actually very comfortable and in a great location... I thought since it was an International hotel we could get more information in English. We were told breakfast was included (although it was not), and we were not told that there are two separate shuttles (one for domestic and one for international.) The bell hop spoke more English than the front desk staff. In any case, the wake up... More

This is an airport hotel, so its purpose is to allow transiting travellers a good rest before journeying onto another flight or another city. If u r thinking of a vacation hotel, forget this. The hotel is clean, and has reasonably good bfast spread. It is also close to a 7-11 and Lawson marts and you buy all sorts of... More

Modern room located in the airport. I had a 14hour connection and treated myself to a room at the airport instead of a sleeping pod. Staff were polite and helpful, as in almost everywhere in Japan. Used a booking credit for my room which was a bonus. Very well equipped room but on the small side.

Stayed overnight twice to & from Haneda Airport. The hotel provides free shuttle (only at certain times) to hotel otherwise taxi only costs $15 to airport. Hotel staff aren't typical Japanese helpful/friendly but okay enough. Room is very small but cute if you are staying overnight! At least the room has a tiny ensuite. Lots of eating options around the... More

The hotel was nice enough. The shuttle was found by crossing the street on the first level of the airport. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and communicated well enough in English. The room was definitely on the small side. It was more like a crew ship size. There were signs that we could store our luggage... More

Hotel has a shuttle bus from Haneda Airport that is well signed and frequent. Reception staff have poor English (which is fine, it's Japan after all) so have models to demonstrate the key function in the bedroom door. Rooms were perfunctory, by no means the smallest and I suppose quite generous for a Japanese budget hotel. In-room tea facilities were... More

This hotel offers what you want from an airport hotel - close to the airport (they have a shuttle every 15mins which takes about 10mins), easy access to the subway system (less than 5mins walk), good value, and clean conditions. However, I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night - the room was tiny, mattress was hard, breakfast was... More

We got 2 rooms as our son is 14 yo and a grown up in size. If arrive at the international airport look out for the Group Bus sign and take lift down and wait in the waiting room for your free shuttle. Their website gives you the times to and from the Inn. If you go to Tokyo often,... More

Staying in Haneda / Kamata

Neighborhood Profile
Haneda / Kamata
Haneda / Kamata is known for its airport with many hotels popping up with the increase in international flights. It’s also an area that offers many shrines and temples with ancient origins including Anamori Inari Shrine or Ikegami Honmonji temple which is visited by more than 300,000 people in October's Buddhist Oeshiki festival. The area around Kamata station is lined with restaurants and is lively until late at night. In particular, it’s known for the large collection of tasty gyoza specialists.
