We stayed here for a few one night stays during our birdwatching trip around Japan. On each occasion the service has been very good. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Facilities are good. Vending machine availability good. They also have robes available on request to make people more comfortable. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet even though our rooms... More

Hotel is clean with friendly staff. There's also free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. There's a convenient store just opposite the hotel. If you want to get some food, there's also a few restaurant options around the area.

The hotel (both No. 1 and No. 2) is a short bus ride from the airport and would be ideal for an overnight halt or for business travellers. However, the bus operates from the airport to the hotel only in the evening after 6pm and to the airport in the morning till 10am. If your travel times are outside of... More

Very convenient location , about 10 mins away from Haneda International Airport and there are many convenience shops and eateries nearby. Receptionist were helpful and friendly. Room size was extremely small, no space to put our luggage, but luckily , there was space to put it under our beds. Prices are quite reasonable , 8000yen per night for a double... More

We were glad we stayed the night near Haneda airport after a late arrival as clearing immigration and waiting for the bags took a while. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus which was convenient. Check in was quick and we found the room clean and bed comfortable. Although it was small, the layout was good and everything fitted. Breakfast... More

We arrived into Haneda at 11 pm and decided to rest in a nearby hotel before going into Tokyo, It was convenient to catch the free hotel shuttle bus to the hotel. The rooms were compact but were comfortable. There was a choice of Japanese and western breakfast (next door at No 2) and we enjoyed trying both! We will... More

I came in this hotel without a reservation, which my fault. However, they were quick to turn me down, without even checking availability! As I was about to leave, I told them to double check and all of the sudden a room was available. Disappointing. On the other hand, the rooms were actually very comfortable and in a great location... I thought since it was an International hotel we could get more information in English. We were told breakfast was included (although it was not), and we were not told that there are two separate shuttles (one for domestic and one for international.) The bell hop spoke more English than the front desk staff. In any case, the wake up... More

This is an airport hotel, so its purpose is to allow transiting travellers a good rest before journeying onto another flight or another city. If u r thinking of a vacation hotel, forget this. The hotel is clean, and has reasonably good bfast spread. It is also close to a 7-11 and Lawson marts and you buy all sorts of... More
