When I go to Tokyo I usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental. This time, however, I stayed at the Ritz. As ever it did not disappoint. Service outstanding. In room dining the usual high quality. Bedrooms well presented and the usual large marble bathrooms. In addition the facilities (gym / pool etc ) were great with stunning views across to... More

This is a lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. My room had a great view of the city. The lobby bar was always busy and atmospheric. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel! I stayed for one night and was given room 5038, by way of an upgrade. The room is in the corner with very large double aspect windows, on the 50th floor. The views are absolutely amazing and the room is quite a lot larger than a normal room. The only potential issue is that you can... More

My wife and I stayed five nights at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo and loved every minute of it. The room was gorgeous, clean and luxurious. The view from the 48th floor was never boring. The staff were all extremely professional and courteous. How great are they? One day we booked a tour to Mount Fiji with an outside tour group... More

From the main entrance delicately scented with the Ritz signature scent to the fully stocked vanities in the baths, they really do think of everything! Everything about this property feels luxurious. Just like any Ritz. The really special aspect of this hotel is its location and view. Perched atop Tokyo Midtown Tower it offers incredible views of Tokyo from every... More

The Ritz-Carolton Tokyo is a great hotel. Stunning rooms which are very large, extremely large bathrooms. His and her sinks. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff that were willing to go the extra mile when asked. Stunning views of Tokyo. This hotel has a subway underneath with makes it very practical as well. It is also above the Midtown shopping mall with... More

I could not fault the rooms and the view here. As always staff are friendly and keen to be of service. I was on business. The room rate seemed fair but the drinks and food in the lounge were inevitably very expensive. The breakfast was limited for someone staying 11 days as I was. But good quality and cooked to... Beautiful view in the restaurant, the service was perfect! 20th Birthday really successful! I had this incredible wagyu beef in a pinot noir sauce, just melting in mouth. The new dishes of Chef Miyazaki are a success!
