By far the best hotel experience I've had! The staff made us feel special by providing excellent recommendations and chatting with us each day. Unbelievable service and immensely beautiful hotel. I can't say enough about this great hotel.

The Ritz Carlton exceeded all our expectations. The Tokyo Ritz staff is amazing at all touch points. I travel frequently and have never received this level up of attention. All hotel employees should spend a day watching and learning from the Ritz Carlton Yokyo team. Here's an example. I went to the lobby at 430 am where I saw coffee... More

On top of the list of memories from Tokyo is the hotel where I stayed - 44th floor in the Ritz Carlton. In a country where 1 out of 10 people speak English, everyone from chamber maid to service boy, every single staff in this hotel spoke English. The concierge would help me plan my visit every day (and I... More

I booked a facial treatment for myself and my mother who was visiting me in Tokyo and after booking through the website was looking forward to the experience. I have to point out here that I specified that we were not staying at the hotel but had just booked two spa treatments. All went well on arrival and until the... More

In late years the lobby on upper floors becomes a matter of course. This hotel is the same, too and, in the lounge, I enjoy a cigar from the day and can enjoy cocktail. If it is the day when it was fine, the view is a splendid location very, too. It is an affiliated hotel of Marriott, but is... More

We spent 9 nights in April at the Ritz Carlton during a family trip in Japan. This is an excellent hotel: breathtaking view, very clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, good location in the Midtown. We'll come back, we enjoyed so much our stay.

On a business trip to Tokyo in November, 2014 I stayed at the Ritz for a week and I must say the hotel lived up to its hype. Ritz-Carlton Tokyo 4.85 out of 5 circles Please keep in mind that this review is from my personal experience.
