This hotel is simply excellent. I have never had service of such a high level. The staff are so polite, attentive and helpful that they have spoilt me and will prevent me from ever enjoying a hotel again. I cannot thank them enough for what is and has been a world class stay and quite possibly the best hotel I... More

If you are reading this review, you likely have stayed at a Ritz Carlton property somewhere in the world. You likely even may feel all Ritz properties are similar in their outstanding service. Well, this is indeed true with one exception: The Tokyo Ritz takes that level of service, comfort, and quality to the highest level. Having stayed in Ritz... More

Great hotel! the beds are incredible. Bathroom amenities and very nice. I stayed at the concierge level floor, which had pretty impressive service. Check in was at the concierge lounge, Even if you don't stay at the concierge level, the service is just outstanding! EVERYONE at the hotel knows your name, literally! EVERYONE GREETS YOU BY YOUR NAME. Wow. It... More

check-in desk is located on the 45th floor of the property, and rooms are above... as you can imagine, the view is just magnificent. Rooms are a very good size, and have all the amenities of a 5 star property, including a nespresso machine and tea service. Housekeeping service and attention to detail is impecable. The exercise room is wonderful,... More

Ok, so it's not the Lost In Translation Hotel, but it's fabulous. The views from your room (of Mount Fuji if you're facing the right way) or from the enormous lobby (of the city) are breathtaking. The food, service and rooms are all impeccable and at night, when the pianist is playing and the girl singing standards in the bar,... More

This is a very good hotel and especially the views from the room and the lobby bar area are impressive. The room is good and has all it needs. The service was wonderful. Having said all this I must also admit that you expect this from a hotel like this and the price you pay for it. Therefore "very good"... More
