Simply outstanding! The best Ritz I have been so far. The rooms and installations are amazing. Actually, the view from my room was top notch (almost like postcard)! The location is just perfect! In the heart of Minato. I told the concierge I wanted to go to Kyoto and he helped me with everything. The very next morning I had... More

Beautiful hotel, nice size rooms, nice gym and with the hotel being on the upper floors you get beautiful views. Also had a nice meal at the restaurant on the lobby floor. it's in a convenient location with several metro station fairly close by. Hotel staff is extremely helpful.

Probably the best hotel in Tokyo. This hotel is featuring beautiful decorated, well-appointed and spacious rooms, stunning views, outstanding Club Lounge, good location (Tokyo Midtown Shopping mall, Art Center, Roppingi Hills area and other parts of Tokyo are easy accessible through the nearby Tokyo Metro Roppingi Station) and on top that excellent service, as expected from Ritz-Carlton which is from... Wow. Might seem a little expensive, but worth every penny. The view from the hotel room is impressive. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Tokyo. The service is impeccable. I enjoyed everty minute of this stay.

Just stayed 3 nights at Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Arrived from New York on Saturday July 5th and departed Tuesday July 8th. The personal attention paid to guests is 5 Star. Every need or request is promptly attended to. Our room was on Floor 51 and the views were amazing. We saw Mt. Fuji on a clear morning. The rooms are... More

Top notch hotel with great amenities and views - like all other reviews state. PROS - top floors of Tokyo's tallest building. I wasn't facing Tokyo tower nor Mt Fuji but had great city views - Large (large!) rooms with very large bathrooms. Toto bidet, multiple sinks, separate shower/tub. - Effective electric drapes - important in the summer in Tokyo.... More

The title of this review says it all. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the views are spectacular, the location is perfect, but the staff tops them all. Without a doubt the best service I've ever experienced! At check-in, my wife and I informed them that we were on our honeymoon. They upgraded us to a club-level room... More

If you can afford it, do it. Great room, great service, great views, great restaurants and facilities, great location (right above Midtown Tokyo). Can't really think of anything to criticize--it was that perfect. Super-expensive, but I guess that's to be expected.

The Tokyo Ritz-Carlton is situated on the top 8 floors of one of the tallest buildings in Tokyo, and the views are spectacular, both day and night. The club level staff is quite international, and Desiree, the club level manager from Germany, was helpful and attentive. The location in Roppongi is good, but you really need to get on the... More
