Very modern hotel with a great service. The spa hot tub has a great view and the massage was very professional! Wish the spa was bigger but I guess for Tokyo standard it is big:) Loved the design and service. Location is great and close to many activities.

First off, I have to acknowledge that they have free super fast WI-FI that is a real relief. It's easy to connect too as well. I have been to this hotel before for conferences (beautiful meeting spaces)but never stayed overnight as a guest. We stayed one night in a one bedroom suite that was incredibly expensive, 18,000 yen BEFORE taxes... More

I had a 3 night stay in March for a business trip from the US. The hotel was just perfection from start to finish. The service overall was the best I have ever had in any hotel in the world. Beautiful lobby when entering the 47th floor, great personalized check-in, the views from my room were so insane - I... More

This hotel is amazing on many levels. First of all, it sits atop one of the highest buildings in Tokyo (rooms start around the 47th floor and extend to the 53rd). It is brand new and state of the art. The rooms themselves are very large, full of amenities, and have amazing views. The other facilities (restaurants, bar, lobby, spa,... More

Obviously this is a very nice hotel with an amazing level of service from the staff, comfortable rooms with great views of Tokyo, posh fittings throughout, including the bathrooms. It's in a fantastic location with a train station right out the door and amazing restaurants and attractions within a very brief walking distance. It's probably the proximity of all those... More

The hotel meets all the requirements set to the 5 star hotel, - good food, attentive service, comfortable rooms... But it has one really remarkable point, - one of the best city views you can find in Tokyo. Do not hesitate to pay a bit more for the rooms with better view. And, of course, you find yourself in the... More

We stayed at the Club Level on the 53rd floor for a week and savored every moment. The view from our room was enjoyed every night and morning. Club service breakfast and evenings cocktails were delicious and convenient. The lobby is spectacular. The club concierge printed maps for every adventure. The bathtub in the room with a variety of sea... More

Great hotel, wonderful location, friendly and helpful wait staff. All you'd expect of a ritz. Only downside was that western breakfast and room service was not as good as other ritz properties we stayed at. Would recommend to anyone staying in tokyo.

We spent three nights at the Tokyo Ritz Carlton and we can only say a new benchmark has been set for our family. We stayed here Mid-December after a couple of weeks in Thailand. From minute one, we were treated like royalty. There are too many positives to list all of them, but here are a couple: The room was... More

I've only stayed here a single night but the quality of service, the luxury of the rooms, the food and drink that were provided were top notch. The lounge bar has excellent views of the city and the Tempura restaurant is exclusively fantastic. Every person of the staff was so helpful and made us feel at home.
