This was the first time I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo and certainly it will not be the last. Excellent service complements the spectacular views over the metropolis, spacious and exceptionally well appointed rooms, great location in the heart of Rappongi. Facilities include a great gym and pool area and a bar with beautiful vistas. Highly recommend it.

Just spent a long weekend at the Ritz Tokyo. Wow, what a hotel. The staff is totally incredible. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are beautiful and totally well equipped. The head concierge is a diamond. She knows everything about the city. If you're coming here, make sure to contact her for reservations... More

This hotel has exceptional service. We did have an issue with our transportation to the hotel due to some miscommunication. They were very apologetic and paid for our cab. The staff gave detailed directions to places we were attempting to see and recommend sights. The housekeeping was very detail oriented, wrapping up our power cords, laying out my pj's at... More

Helpful and devoted staff. Great restaurants. Nice view. We loved the shops in Midtown. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. Nothing to complain about. The staff handed us towels when we reached the hotel under the rain!

My husband and I just finished a trip covering the Middle East and Asia. We were so glad we decided to stop in Tokyo. The hotel was absolutely stunning. The lobby has magnificent chandeliers hanging and the staff was so lovely. Our room was very large as we were upgraded to a suite. In our suite we found pajamas that... More

With a wonderful centric location in Tokyo Midtown, the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo has by far the best hospitality and facilities of the city. You will get to admire one of the most precious hotel lobbies with impressive views of the city from the 45th floor of the building! From the staff, to the restaurants, to the glamorous accommodation - there is... More

I have long loved this hotel, often saying it is my favorite hotel in the world. However, I do think the hotel is showing its age and there are definite areas where improvements are needed, especially when compared to other Ritz Carlton and high-end hotels - and I am writing this review comparing the Ritz to other Ritz properties and... This Hotel is almost intimidating. I was dropped off by a taxi in front of some pretty crazy automobiles. A vintage Aston Martin, two Bentleys, an Audi R8, Mazarati, and a few BMWs. I took the elevator to the lobby. It was on the 45th floor. The views were amazing. I missed the front desk because I was distracted by... More

What can I say? Glitzy, glamorous, cosmopolitan, the best of the best in Tokyo. Located in the Midtown Tokyo tower, the rooms are on the 36th floor and above, so the panoramic views will be postcard-perfect. Our room had a view of Mt. Fuji. Rooms are enormous, bathrooms had tubs (with bath salts) and stand-up showers as well as separately-enclosed... More

Enough cannot be said about this property....everything you come to expect from the Ritz brand. Hotel is remodeled, excellent service, great lounge, rooms are large and spacious, bathroom is huge. This is one of the better Ritz properties I've stayed at over, certainly book it if you're visiting!
