I live in Tokyo and escaped to the Ritz over the weekend to get a bit of a break. This is a lovely property in a great location. We stayed in an Executive Suite. The room was spacious, well furnished, and had amazing views of the city. The rooms are impeccable. We did have some issues with the property. It... more

I had travelled to Tokyo to participate in a conference being held at the Ritz Carlton, so it made sense to book rooms at the same hotel, even though it is certainly on the pricey range. The entrance in from the street, but the hotel is housed only on the top few floors of the building. The lower floors are... more

I was able to stay here with my family for 7 nights for free with Marriott rewards points. the hotel's location is both good and bad: the midtown complex and nearby Roppongi Hills are fabulous, but walking around the neighborhood at night means getting accosted by african night club touts. the hotel is the of the highest everything: standard, service,... more

I stayed there when this hotel just opened and Ritz Carlton always amaze me with their services. I received a nice letter, fruits and flower from guest relations to welcome me back even though I stayed at other locations such as Osaka and LA, never stayed at Tokyo one before. GM from former Osaka Ritz Carlton was welcoming guest at... more

Love, love, love this hotel. Two years old and looks brand new. The customer service was the best! My needs were taken care of with grace and style. (Special menu, laundry, flowers, storage.) The hotel is so swanky yet beautiful and classy. The floor to ceiling windows were one of my favorite features. Super comfy beds... super comfy! Room service... more

Stayed at the RC for 2 nights in March and it couldn't have been better. I stayed in an executive corner suite - which was huge and has some of the best views I've ever experienced in a hotel. The room has tons of amenities and I couldn't find anything to improve - coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, great toiletries, dvd... more

The Ritz Tokyo is a new tower above the "MidTown" development. The rooms are spacious and the views are spectacular. The pool is beautiful as is the spa and fitness center. Afternoon tea in the lobby, especially on the day of arrival is a good introduction to tokyo before venturing into the city. We ended up taking a taxi to... more

My partner and I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Tokyo - A near perfect hotel in the heart of Tokyo. ROOM We reserved the Club Deluxe room which allowed us access to the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge. Upon arrival, we were whisked-up to the fifty-third floor Club Lounge where we were checked-in whilst enjoying a glass of champagne. We requested... more

The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo is a superb, resort-quality hotel. The fitness center and pool are truly luxurious. The main bar/gathering area offer a breath-taking view of Tokyo. The restaurant does a first-class job. The rooms are opulent. In short, you are treated like royalty at this hotel. No complaints, and I am picky. more
