Great Hotel, great location, few minutes from main subway station, great room, excellent stuff that know English and very helpful. Stay there for 5 nights during our trip in Tokyo. What you need for travel in Tokyo.

Though the lobby was impressive and the service was really nice, ultimately the small rooms were just a bit much. With a tiny window and low ceilings, you felt suffocated. Also unfortunately the breakfast was not great. The Wi-Fi coverage was only intermittent. On the weekend it was very quiet around the hotel and was about a 10 minute walk... More

The room I had was a reasonable size, but it looked out into the atrium rather than outside, and as the atrium didn't have a glazed roof it was effectively an inside room. Bathroom was fine, with a Japanese techno toilet, the bed was firm but comfortable. Wi fi in the room, and a fridge, but no safe. CNN and... More

Stayed there a week on business. Room quite small but very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Has washing facilities on every floor plus vending machine. Good location for Ginza area and right next to the metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Really enjoyed my stay there. My only grudge would be that the breakfast could be... More

My wife and I stayed for 8 days on a combination of business and sightseeing. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained although a little small by European standards. Contrary to some reports, there is free WiFi in the rooms as well as the lobby. There is no restaurant, but a free buffet breakfast is served in the lobby.... More

The only downsides to this place are the small rooms (though to be expected in Tokyo) and the slightly inconvenient location, a long walk (undercover) from the train stations. Other than that, it's fantastic value for money it what can be an expensive city, and has a particularly stunning lobby area.

Have stayed here for 6 days for business. Excellent location for transport access for both work and sightseeing. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable (although the bed is a bit hard). Excellent Wifi. Although no restaurant or bar there are many options only minutes walking away and all much cheaper than a hotel restaurant. Hotel has good vending services... More

Stayed here during the Summer, and appreciated the air conditioning, and tranquility amongst the bustle of Tokyo. The room was well appointed, modern, and comfortable. The staff were efficient and helpful. What makes the hotel special is the proximity to the station-a covered walk . It makes access to any part of Tokyo easier. It is only a short walk to... More

It's parked right next to the Shiodome station (oedo line) and walkable to the Shimbashi JR stn so it's location is ideal. Was here for the Tokyo marathon and thus chose this place for its convenience to the yurikamome line to Tokyo big sight too. Plus a decent free breakfast spread....which is a rare thing for Japanese hotels. The only... More

We have stayed in standard room for 3 nights during our Japan trip in Dec 2013. The room is really great. It is relatively newer, more modern and larger than standard Japanese business hotels we have stayed in the past 2-3 years. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and worth for money. The location is superb as... More
