Hotel: impressive entrance! Efficient. Kind. Very clean. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Compact rooms but with lovely details - (watch out for projection on blind!). Great bath and shower stuff. Location: this is a work/hotel district and I had thought it would be charmless. But it isn't at all. Easy to travel anywhere as you're on top of... More

I've stayed in this business hotel for 4 times since 2005 and the most recent was in March 2015. The rooms used to be wired internet only, but recently has upgraded all rooms with wifi. The hotel is right in front of the Yorikamome Line (Shiodome stop) that goes to Odaiba, and also sits above the Shiodome stop on the... More

We only stayed here as the conference we were attending was held here. Conveniently located in Shiodome, the hotel is in a great position to explore Tokyo. Even though we usually prefer more glamorous and well appointed hotels, our stay here was perfectly fine. Good hot shower, Shiseido toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. And we especially love the Japanese toilets :)... More

Perfect location to travel around Tokyo - 5min from Shimbashi station. Impressive entrance and external features, affordable. Good restaurants around but the hotel lacks one of their own. Rooms are neat and even the one facing metro/train lines are quiet. Still, one thing is well below average - breakfasts - worse than in Ibis hotels...

This hotel offers all you need for a comfortable stay in Tokyo. It almost sits on the subway so travel is no problem. Especially if you can fly in to Haneda, with the monorail you can connect in no time. There are plenty of nice little restaurants within walking distance in the adjacent tower, not too crowded. Ginza is also... More

The hotel is very convenient, right above the metro / subway station. The room is decent size, with all the essential amenities. Breakfast is complimentary, buffet style with Japanese and western choices. The only issue was noise from running trains at night. We had a room facing the tracks, we could hear the trains even thought we were on the... More

I had to laugh at some of the reviews of hotels in Japan - some say "hardly any English spoken". Well hello, if you want to speak in your native tongue, then stay in your own country! So what about this hotel. Impressive entrance leads you to belive that this will be an impressive hotel. Actually it is pretty average,... More

I traveled to Tokyo on business and added a few sightseeing days. I didn't want to spend much over $300 per night. Overall such a good experience: large enough rooms at 20m2 and I had a good water and park view. Rooms very clean. Comfortable bed and choice of pillows with a fluffy and cozy duvet covered in silky soft... More

Stayed on business. Room was very quiet which was helpful on my business trip. Only had check-in service so no real rating there about the staff. As long as no access to min-bar or renting movies, check-out is simply dropping off your card in a box. They did not offer complimentary water and the mini-bar/fridge was empty anyway. Room was... This hotel is located in the business district. The room is spacious with nice sofa and even a foot massage machine which you can use for free! However there is no room service if you go hungry. Also there is no restaurant in the hotel. But it serves breakfast in the lobby area. Surprisingly it has a small gym! The... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
