The hotel is exceptionally good for business, although it wouldn't be my first choice for pleasure. The meeting rooms are very well organised and the variety of restaurants in the hotel is wide ranging. The views from the bar on the upper floor are also worth seeing. I didn't like the added costs on top of a very expensive hotel... More

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Expensive add-on to use pool and gym, particularly since room rates are premium already. Just had a problem in checking in early. Extremely tired and asked to check in at 11.30 but would only allow it if we paid an additional $100. Left a sour taste to the experience.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel back in 2009. We felt the luxury everywhere. Electric curtains..., superb beds and a magnificent view from the bathtub. Close to the main metro lines makes it central as well. If you do not chose to have breakfast in the hotel it has got its own small shops where you van buy... More

Second time staying here for the amenities and convenience. Ten minute walk to the main train/subway station, 5 min cab ride to Tsujiki fish market (discipline needed for early am start), 15 min stroll to Tokyo tower etc. Food choices reasonable; nice brekky looking out to tower. Hotel shuttle functional but always some risk of missing it on return because... More

I've been a guest at this fantastic hotel for both private and business trips. Always greeted by friendly and attentive staff marking the start of a very special stay. Large well equipped rooms ..the half of which have a view on the Tokyo Tower which is literary 'in the garden' of the hotel. Magnificent breakfast buffet on the 33rd floor... More

Great location inside a park that houses the Zojoji temple ( a jewel of the Edo or Shogun era). The staff and service were very friendly to us. The attendant showed us the room facilities with great detail. Dry cleaning, in room services all 24 hours. Three restaurants for breakfast with great and expeditious service. The quality of the room,... More

Stayed here are the beginning and the end of a great trip to Japan. V decent price for what you get. Massive hotel and geared towards business travelers but not in the hotel much so did not really matter. The room was large and the staff attentive. We asked to move room due to the smell of cigarettes and that... More
