The b akasaka is a great hotel choice in the heart of a reasonably quiet, peaceful suburb in central Tokyo. We arrived after a lengthy journey from Australia, took the Narita Express in to Tokyo, and then the local metro to Akasaka station. We were exhausted at that point and the reception were welcoming, helpful and pointed us toward a... More

I traveled in the spring and had just missed the cherry blossoms and the weather was still rather chilly so I appreciated the toasty room, heated toilet seat, and strong, hot shower. The room was modern and a double, so I found it cozy and comfortable. The provided toiletries were replenished daily and basic glasses and tea cups were a... More

I am so happy to have discovered this little gem! Situated in a quiet area of Tokyo (Akasaka - a pleasant neighborhood close to shops and the subway) and walking distance to Roppongi, you really can’t go wrong staying here. The rooms are tiny but well designed and the décor sparse but stylish. The bathroom is modern and the shower... More

Located reasonably close to the subway and the restaurants of the akasaka district. The room was clean, the staff were very polite, but English skills could have been better. Breakfast in the restaurant was the same all 4 days, but of OK quality.

My friend and I stayed here on the very last night of our trip. Took a cab there with our luggage - you can't really take your luggage here using the train. The gentleman at reception when we dropped off our luggage was nice, but when we returned later at check-in time we encountered a much more rude member of... More

Great, friendly staff. Check in and out was quick and they even helped us book tickets for the airport bus (website was in japanese only). Room was small for two, however efficient. Pillows were comfy, however one was stuffed with a different material and much harder than the other. Location wasn't too bad as a mtr station was nearby, but... More

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The staff were so helpful and spoke perfectly good English. Our room was compact but provided everything you needed and some things you didn't know you needed ... heated toilet seat - who knew how great that would be ;)! The hotel is well located for restaurants (only a short walk... More

The location is nice, especially if you are on a business trip as the hotel lies in the middle of the business district of Akasaka and Minato. It's walkable from the Akasaka Metro Station and from a couple of other stations too. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's true for most hotels in Tokyo. Staff behavior was really... More

If you want to be away from the hustle of downtown Tokyo, this hotel is great. It is located in a quieter (what seems to a business area) of Tokyo, but still steps away from a subway station that will get you where you need to be. The rooms are smaller than what we expected but the hotel is super... More
