The building has offices up to the 14th floor I believe so all room are located quite high. Very reasonably priced, clean, ask for the rate with breakfast included. public transportation near by, Good option in Tokyo.

Celestine, Minato, is perhaps not the first hotel you think of for a stay in Tokyo, if you are not here for business. BUT, if you, like myself and my hubby appreciate easy access from the "provinces"(train stations), hotel pickup by tour-buses and airport limousine drop-off, then this place might be the one for you. No glizz and glam in... More

We stayed twice in this hotel in our trip to Japan. The big bonus for us, was that the shuttle bus to and from the airport delivers you right in the hotel! We are a big luggages travelers, so the bus was very handy for us, since our 4 luggages would not fit in a taxi! The location was ok,... More

Hotel's location was very good, with excellent transport links (up to three stations within walking distance). I was given a room on a high floor with quite good views. Admittedly, the room was on the small size but then again most Japanese hotel rooms are! However it was very clean - always a good thing! Another positive the buffet breakfast... More

Stayed 2 nights on business and found the Celestine to be a great choice in the area. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location at Mito station provides easy access and multiple options for shopping and dining. Rooms are rather small, but OK with local standards and very clean. Breakfast is fine providing a variety of japanese and western... More

My fiance and I loved the location. We prefer a quiet home base to return to, an easy way to get there (2 subway stations nearby), and a smattering of liveliness within walking distance (Tokyo tower and a "restaurant row" within a couple of street blocks). Once inside the hotel, you will immediately see the hotel is modern, updated and... More

We stayed in this hotel from 28-31 December for 3 nights, We booked a superior double non smoking and we were assigned room 1734 where we could get a partial view of the rainbow bridge and Fuji TV station. The hotel is shared with an office building and rooms are from level 14 onwards. What I liked about this hotel?... More

If you need to be in this part of Tokyo, this hotel is a very good base. For a start the room was a decent size, bed very comfortable, bathroom very reasonable for Tokyo standards, internet excellent and free. Lounge on 14th floor is an added bonus. breakfast buffet was very pretty decent for 1,500 yen. Service generally seemed fine.... More

Staying at the hotel at the moment lovely rooms and great staff but the roomservice is horrible, it only starts at 3pm so no posibilities to get breakfast in the hotelroom. Also the bar closes at 10.30 pm so no drinks availible after that time. Only in the minibar at the room wich has a very limited choice of drinks... More

We stayed here on a family holiday in October and had booked 3 rooms, that were nice but the rest of the hotel guests were business people, location was nice, down the road was a nice temple and bakery, it was a great location to walk around. Breakfast was not that great. But the hotel staff arranged for our transfer... More
