We stayed here for 2 nights and was quite surprised how "tight" the room seemed as compared to the photo on the website. Our room was at the 15th floor (1554), not much of a view. You would need your card key to access the elevator from the ground floor. The bathroom amenities were comparable to a more expensive hotel... More

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip. The location is quite good, not far from the train and metro. There are also quite a lot of bars and restaurants on the streets behind the hotel, I just wished I'd had more time to sample them :) The room I had was quite small but very well appointed. I've... PROS - Check-in and check-out: Fast efficient and friendly - General cleanness; just perfect, I don´t have a single thing to emphasize that was bad. - Amenities in the toilet: Complimentary items available, everything that you could need and you may forgot to bring. - Towels in the bathroom: very reasonable size, not huge but big enough. - Shower water... The hotel Celestine is a little disorienting at first. The lobby is on the ground floor, as are the restaurants and the rooms are on floors 11-14. My room was in the small side but well appointed, with a 2 seats couch, coffee table, queen size bed and little desk. The wardrobe can only accommodate a couple of suits and... More

We stayed 4 nights in October. Used the limosinebus from Narita airport which was easy and fast. Good rooms and quiet location. the public lounge area is great and very nice protected courtyards to enjoy the free coffee/tea at anytime. Would be very happy to stay there again

I've stayed at the Celestine twice because it is convenient to my company's headquarters, but it is a good choice even if not traveling on business. As several others have mentioned, you probably want to book the double deluxe room - it's reasonable compared to other hotels in Tokyo and while not as large as US hotels, is roomy by... More

I wrote about this hotel a couple of years ago and then stayed there again recently with my wife. It is definitely a good place to stay, we had the double deluxe room, from check in until departure I only enjoyed great customer service. The rooms are immaculate, the double deluxe was adequate and the restaurant in the morning was... More

I decided to reserve this hotel with the pictures of internet site, and the real things were also good. And the price was also ok for business trip. The room was not too small not too big, it was ok for Japanese. Little bit bigger than the usual size of single room in Japan. I liked... More

I chose this hotel largely because the entire hotel is non-smoking which is very rare in Japan. I booked a deluxe double which is a level above "superior double" and bigger. The room size is decent for Tokyo. Room is very clean with all necessary amenities despite the age of the hotel. Great customer service upon arrival - prompt assistance... More

I agree with girasol - book a big room - Tokyo has a space problem - but it is clean and silent - u get a good nights sleep in very comfortable beds - a pleasure after some hotels I stayed at in cornwall and kerala - well connected to public transport and has two excellent alleys to the right...
