Was there 3nights on business trip, room is clean and refreshing while breakfast is simple but quality on priority. Wifi is available from lobby to lounge (level 14 where u can sip a cup of coffee or tea) and all the way to in room wifi. However there's no nearby restaurant ans the nearest convenient shop doesn't offer much varieties.

was in japan for 10 days and stayed in this hotel as all other hotels were booked out, Stayed in the superior double room. Poor location, not close to the stations, not close to any of the major eating areas or malls. spent alot of time travelling when staying in this hotel. Room it self was presentable, clean. free lounge... More

I travel to Japan regularly, and had yet to find a hotel in Tokyo that I would happily return to. Well, I think I have found it. This hotel is very smart, clean, comfortable, and the service is great. WIFI is free, and you get a good connection. In terms of location it is maybe just over 5 minutes walk... More

I've stayed at the Celestine a whole bunch of times over the past year or so, for business. The location is good for my business, but the area if pretty quiet otherwise, and stuck between some awkward subway lines that don't seem to intersect handily to get to the usual locations. Beds are comfortable, the lobby is frequented by the... More

The Celestine met our needs, as vacation travelers spending a few days in Tokyo, perfectly. Our room was a bit smaller than expected, but very clean and with all of the usual amenities. The bathroom had fine Grohe fixtures and the beds were firm and comfortable. The buckwheat pillows available on request are worth getting. The lounge on the 14th... More

Good hotel,in great location. Zero night time atmosphere and don't expect any English television. Breakfast really good choices and staff very pleasant. Value for money. If you want a drink after 10.00pm make sure you find the bar at the back of the hotel - I missed it for the first 3 nights !

I stayed here on a business trip. It is a good location, situated conveniently in the heart of Tokyo. The rooms are reasonable, pretty basic. The breakfast was dissapointing so if you can book without. It was very basic, not very inviting, and a very limted choice in a typical basic hotel environment. The staff was lovely, i actually forgot... More

Enjoyed the stay. Good hotel. 2 strange and irritating policies: Extra charge for early arrivals. It happens often when traveling internationally to Japan. But this one is the best: they charged me 4 US dollars for each printed page of my boarding pass. I travel a lot and it never happened to me. To be big, the small things need... More

I can say that staying at this hotel was a pleasure. It was all clean and working with nice people giving you a warm welcome. I stayed in a single room with all the amenities and had breakfast in the restaurant that has a nice assortment of both western and local foods. People at reception was very helpful for every... A nice comfortable City hotel. Maybe a bit business orientated but we liked it. Rooms are big enough to spread your bags out in and beds comfortable. Bathrooms have all the usual Japanese innovations. Guest lounge and outdoor area on the 14th floor is a nice touch. Only down side is you are at the end of the shuttle bus... More
