We stayed five nights in the hotel, in one of the "square" rooms. The room looked attractive on the pictures, the bed is on a little platform, and aesthetically it was pleasant, but one of the main problems was that there is almost no separation between the "bedroom" and the bathroom. The bathroom is separated by glass planels - it... More

This Hotel is new, clean, two blocks from all the action in Roppongi. I could not have asked for much more. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, some spoke english. This Hotel is within walking distance to train stations, shopping, Starbucks, tourists attractions and all nightlife activities in Roppongi. I was also able to... More

We book this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Location is great, but apart from that, there's nothing particularly remarkable about this place. The service is not as good as everywhere else in Tokyo. Our room was rather small and the breakfast is not good at all. Book it if you want to stay near the trendy area but... More

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel S Roppongi, it was a wonderful place for the price I paid. The staff and service were wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect, close to metro station and walking distance from some points of interest.

If you are looking for a clean room that is spacious and comfortable, this will meet your needs. Very dim lobby, dark hallways. I believe they are trying to be trendy. Staff speak minimal English. There is no assistance to find a restaurant or other services. No iron or ironing board. Washer/dryer in room with minimal english instructions, but able... More

For the final three days of our three week stay in Japan we booked this place as it looked a bit "swish". While the place is quite nice albeit it in a clichéd way, and the rooms a reasonable size (nice touch having an iPod Dock and the bed was the most comfortable of all accommodation) the price and location... Stayed in a "Ren" room, which was probably one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in, very modern bathroom/shower area, controls for room lights on headboard, surround sound speaker wiring (but couldn't figure out where to plug in iphone/iPod, washer/dryer in room (but we couldn't figure out how to use properly because all controls in Japanese and the English... We are a couple that have stayed at both the Hotel and the Residence. When we came to Tokyo we stayed at the hotel for two days. The room were very good. When we returned to Tokyo we were supposed to go to an apartment, but it turned out to be a disaster. Pure luck that the residence side had... More

We loved this hotel and consider it excellent value, particularly for Tokyo and especially as we made a last minute booking. After travelling around Japan for 3 weeks we would say this was one of our favourite hotels. The location is excellent being near the subway and some great shops. Even the nearby business buildings provided fabulous eye candy due... More

We stayed in this hotel in April 2014 for our first time in Tokyo. The staff is polite and friendly and speaks english perfectly. Although the bathroom was really tiny, the room was quite big for japanese standards. We had a "Hollywood Twin" room, with a small sofa and table, desk, and a small kitchen with a tap and sink,...
