We arrived the hotel around 12 noon, plan to leave our luggage first as normal check in time should be 3pm.But front desk said room will be ready in 15min,how nice! When we came back with huge shopping bags, bell boy will take our stuff back to the room. This’s not all, when we request late check out at 1:30 since we book... More

This property is not new and shows it. It has a European French lobby with its brown gold patina. The rooms are large for a mid level business class hotel in Tokyo. They are nothing to shout about. Very typical of the style of the 80s. Bathroom on the side. Standard desk cum dressing table. Dim lights. All the amenities... More

I just didn't like it. I bet it was nice some time ago but has not been well upkept or modernized. Many things that would typically be free in a high-star-rated hotel (access to the gym, for example) are all at additional fees (the hotel gives you a bunch of "discount" coupons at check in, making breakfast about $25 per... Pros - Location. Close to Ginza, Imperial Palace, Fish Market (WOW!!!). Great room, comfortable bed, nice linens, soft down pillows. Free and good internet. Tons of restaurants in the area. Ask for advice where to eat as you will find many places that attract foreigners, but food is so-so. If they offer you an english menu - good sign it's... More

The hotel is conveniently located in the Shimbashi area which is a 10 minute walk to Ginza. Shimbashi train station is just two minutes walk. This is where one can take the Yamanote line and other subway lines. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, bars, convenient stores and some shopping, so is great for both business as well as pleasure.... More

This is a true-blue business hotel that should meet all expectations, my list of likes are : - centrally located and highly accessible, many food joints in the area, helpful and friendly services, comfortable bedding and good clean room. Ginza area is a 15 minutes' walk and one can find many restaurants and eateries along the way and under the... More

Nice hotel, spotlessly clean with good sized, very comfortable rooms. Staff are very efficient, if corporate, but that's fine as the hotel is situated in a Business area. Metro and train stations are on the doorstep which makes it easy to get around visiting others cities and towns. Plenty restaurants around the area to choose from too. Prices in the... More

I stayed one night in this hotel as couple. From the moment we enter hotel, we are greeted by many staff. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. Hotel room was very clean and reasonable size with great view (we could see tokyo tower) I really love the antique style washroom/bathroom. They gave us champagne for our anniversary gift with personal card. Bell... More
