This was my fourth time in this hotel, my favorite in Tokyo. Paying a corporate rate, I had a standard room on the 19th floor facing Tokyo Tower. The room was compact but very comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom that included a rain shower and separate soaking tub. Service was flawless, I never saw housekeeping staff but my room was... We were surprised at how average this hotel was. The location is fabulous...10-minute walk to Shinjuku Station! Rooms were small (but you are in Japan!) Fitness Center cost $20 each day! We thought the lobby and location were great, though.

This is a great property, which takes maybe a little extra effort to really fully appreciate. Overall, it first comes across as a little stark: the reception area seems wedged in a corner and the overall lobby area seems not as well thought out as it could be… Rooms, again on initial impressions, are also a little stark – no... The rooms may all look exactly the same but the hotel is first class: modern, central, excellently maintained, extremely helpful staff, excellent restaurants. I have stayed there over 10 times and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo

Great 5 star hotel, very modern, crisp, clean architecture. The rooms are sized appropriately, spacious enough for Tokyo. Helpful staff, cleanliness, proximity to offices are the advantages. The only negative is that it is slightly heavy on pocket. Overall very comfortable stay!

The hotel one of the few hotels that allows call girls. I saw it during my recent stay again. one of the uglier sides of Japan. The rooms are small, the food is overpriced..... BTW, there is an arrest warrant issued for the Ex GM for attacking a female customers in the multi purpose bath room. Scary... Hotel Employees sexually... More

Great hotel, great service, perfect rooms, great view of Tokyo. Expensive but worth it. Located close to all major places in Roppongi area. A huge shopping area surrounds the hotel. You will never get bored neither in the hotel or even around it.

I've stayed in this hotel on 3 business trips so far. excellent staff, service, cleanlines. Great place to stay. Especially liked the bathroom. There are plenty of restaurants in the area around the Mori Tower. The hotel gym can get full in the early hours. there's a nice pool as well. Excellent hotel restaurants but expect to pay more. upmarket... More

Wonderful, very modern hotel in a nice location. Everything is top grade, including the price! We enjoyed the illuminated jacuzzi and a pool large enough to swim lengths. The metro is a five minute walk. Personally, staying close to Tokyo station makes subway and train travel much simpler.
