True luxury. Incredible service. The real five star experience. more
One of the best hotels I've been to, it's trendy and has everything you would expect of an exceptional hotel and a really great place to stay in Toyko. more
In Japan, service is always great. No exception for the Grand Hyatt. The hotel is centrally located, next to Azabu-Juban, Roppongi and inside the Roppongi Hills Shopping Center. We stayed there 3 times and each room/suite we had were spotless. The swimming pool is 20m, there is a nice gym (both free for hotel guest) However there is a entrance... more
Probably one of the best business hotels that I've ever stayed in. Beautiful property that is located in the Roppongi district. The service was top-notch, the restaurants were wonderful and the pool in the gym is incredible. Will definitely stay here again. more
I stayed at this hotel in August 2009 for a business trip. Since my company paid for this room and got a very good corporate rate, I can't fairly comment on the value when you book this hotel as an individual. What sets this hotel apart from other high-end hotels that I have stayed has been the service. Some examples:... more
I actually live a couple of blocks from the Grand Hyatt. It's quite convenient to two subway lines that take you to most of the major business districts (Hibiya will take you to Toranomon, Ginza, Hibiya/Yurakacho/Maranouchi, Kasumigaseki, Ebisu, etc. in 20 minutes or less; Oedo to Shinjuku in about 15 minutes). If you need to get anywhere, the hotel staff... more
As a frequent traveller to Tokyo (4~5 times annually) and a persistent guest at the Imperial Hotel, I thought I would try out the Grand Hyatt Roppongi. Very trendy, great bar (jazz) in the evening - possibly one of the better bars I have been to in Tokyo. What I did not like was the location - great for bars... more
great hotel in good location for a first trip to tokyo (for a westerner). area is easy to navigate and comprehend. excellent shopping and amenities. sushi restaurant is very good too. ate there twice in one week! more
Went to Tokyo for 2 nights and wanted a nice hotel in a central location with easy access to subway and airport. Grand Hyatt fit that perfectly. While I've never stayed at Park Hyatt and didn't see it while i was in Tokyo, it's hard to believe it's worth and extra $200 night. Btw, we booked on Hyatt.com where we... more
Spent a week here on a business trip to Asia in April 2009. Very comfortable hotel in a very good location. Close to good restaurants and subway. Excellent staff and service. more
