Went to Tokyo for 2 nights and wanted a nice hotel in a central location with easy access to subway and airport. Grand Hyatt fit that perfectly. While I've never stayed at Park Hyatt and didn't see it while i was in Tokyo, it's hard to believe it's worth and extra $200 night. Btw, we booked on Hyatt.com where we... more

My husband stays here a lot on business. We got club rooms because we were traveling with teens so nice to have a place to meet and liked idea of not searching for breakfast with cranky/ sleepy kids. Club lounge was really great - breakfast delightful and open bar and and substantial cocktail spread a welcome end of the day... more

The Grand Hyatt is a fabulous hotel in one of the best locations in Tokyo. They conveniently provide transportation to and from Narita airport, it is in central Tokyo and right by the subway station. The service is impeccable and the concierge was so helpful in getting us hard to get tickets, suggesting places to visit, and making sure we... more

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a one-night stopover in Tokyo. I would recommend this hotel to visitors staying in Tokyo mostly because of its central location. It is very close to two subway lines and not too far from a major train station (a quick bus ride to Shibuya). The hotel itself is very nice, but nothing spectacular.... more

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights at the start of our honeymoon in Japan. First time in Tokyo and were very pleased that we've picked such a great hotel. Finding it at night was a little tricky - we ended up taking the taxi from the nearest metro station which cost us 500 yen, a bit embarrassing cos... more

I stayed here one night (on Hyatt points) before moving to a suite at the brand new Peninsula. You might think that the Hyatt would suffer in comparison, but it remains a superb hotel that has a lot to offer the tourist. Even the standard rooms are a good size with large bathrooms (wet-room shower, separate loo) and in excellent... more

this is definately a hotel for business travellers. The facilities in the rooms made the whole stay more pleasant and it is user friendly. The location of this hotel makes it easier to travel to the business district in Tokyo and it is important as transportation in Tokyo is expensive. The meeting rooms in the hotel is a plus point... more

We stayed here in the middle of Tokyo for three nights. We had two connecting rooms, and both were very spacious, and luxurious. The bathrooms were great! The shower room combo of the tub and shower was great. The views to Tokyo tower was amazing. more

We just spent 3 days at this hotel, and it is an excellent property, located only 15 minutes to the Ginza by subway, and to other local attractions. The reception we received from the staff was very warm, and it felt that they were welcoming you to their home. The rooms were high tech and had all the amenities one... more
