I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Roppongi with my boyfriend for a business trip in August. The staff were very helpful, and service and food was great. Beds extremely comfortable and the blackout blind very effective so you get a great night's sleep. Once you get used to all the prostitutes (not all were born female - look closely) in... More

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this very comfortable hotel - a generously sized room on a lower floor, with a large bath/shower area (great water pressure in the rain shower), lovely bed, excellent blackout blinds, obligatory whizzbang electronic Japanese toilet, and very good wifi. Huge wide passageways decked out in plush carpet and no noise transfer from other... More

You'd be hard pressed to find any faults with this hotel. From the staff, the location, the room and amenities....are all first class. A seamless check-in and check-out process. The staff were also able to converse in english which made things a lot easier. The daily buffet breakfast was also a standout.

I have read the many positive reviews this Hyatt has received . And I agree on the description of the location.. It is right in the middle of Over The Top Shoppers Heaven. But since I was in Tokyo to see the Autumn Colors in the gardens, shopping was not on my mind. The club was average, but did get... More

We stayed here for four nights recently. It was our first time in Tokyo and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. After a smooth checkin process, we asked for a local ramen recommendation, and staff provided us with a very neat, printed map with FOUR recommendations! The room was lovely; clean, spacious and very quiet. Our room faced some... More

There are these places where you feel completely home away from home. Here is one. Okay, it is a big hotel, of a well known chain. But the staff is so friendly, understanding, and service minded that yoybwant to stay here forever. Yes, it is not the Park Hyatt (lost in translation) with its famous bar at the 52nd floor.... More

I stayed at this hotel right after staying at the Park Hyatt hotel in Shinjuku. Comparing the two this is a little bit of a step-down from Park Hyatt as far as the room and service, but still clearly a five star hotel with helpful staff. This hotel is in Roppongi, which is knows as the party area of Tokyo.... More

As expected the Grand Hyatt was a very well appointed hotel. The executive lounge is large enough to handle the breakfast traffic. Really good location in Roppongi close to some high end shopping and plenty of options for dining. Staff were extremely professional and could handle all requests with no issues.

This is an excellent hotel with excellent staff and service. Being a Grand Hyatt in Roppongi it is expensive for everything so take note of that. If you have tattoos will will be asked to cover them in the gym or pool as you will be in every Japanese pool or gym. Cover them up or do some other kind... More

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo while on a business trip. I have stayed in many hotels for work but this was one of the most beautiful hotels. The room itself was large and modern. I LOVED the bathroom- there was a separate (large) tub and a shower with 2 shower heads which I loved! The black out shades... More
