It's quite convenient to two subway lines that take you to most of the major business districts (Hibiya will take you to Toranomon, Ginza, Hibiya/Yurakacho/Maranouchi, Kasumigaseki, Ebisu, etc. in 20 minutes or less; Oedo to Shinjuku in about 15 minutes). Went to Tokyo for 2 nights and wanted a nice hotel in a central location with easy access to subway and airport. Grand Hyatt fit that perfectly.
