Nothing to really complain about, everything was good to very good (check in, room, view, bed, bathroom, quietness, lounge, location, pool, etc). I don't know why but just missing this extra something which would have made it amazing. Will probably go back anyway so don't take it too negatively.

This is a fantastic hotel. Located in Roppongi Hill, its very convenient to some of the more upscale restaurants in Japan (Jean-Georges, Jiro (Jr. branch), Joel Robuchon etc) if thats what you want. But there are other great high-end dining places, like Roku sushi, etc nearby which are great for business travelers. Walk a few blocks away from Roppongi Hill... More

We took a group business trip with many details. The Event Planning Manager was stellar. This hotel is luxurious. The fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Highly recommend this hotel as it is the best I have staying in Tokyo.

We stayed here in September 2014 in their Deluxe suite, and the room size was really good. We especially liked their bathroom, with large wooden sliding doors and very good lighting (useful for applying makeup!). The pool was beautiful to use - it was very peaceful - definitely go for a lap if you have time. The staff were extremely... More

I stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt at the end of March. The hotel is modern luxury through and through. The rooms are well thought out, plenty of lighting, automatic shades, outlets a plenty. The toilet is super advanced and fun for first time Japan visitors and the combo shower/tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of... More

Roppongi is a nice area and it's great to have all the dining options so close to you. Location wise Roppongi is not that convenient. Rooms are small and not 100% sound proof. Better stay at the Conrad.

My husband frequents this hotel as a business traveler, so for this particular trip, we extended over a weekend to be tourist. Although this hotel does not come close to the service or ambiance of the Park Hyatt in Shinjuku, it is a nice hotel. The hotel is located on Roppongi Hills (attached to a shopping mall), close to metro... More

Our friends were getting married at the hotel so we stayed there and we enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and modern. Love the bath tub, the rain shower and the regular shower option. Great view too. Good wifi availability. When we checked in, there was a worker still working on an electrical. It was odd but the manager... More

This is a premier business oriented hotel. Like all properties in the downtown area, the service is excellent, the beds comfortable, the television flat screen with excellent channeling, the staff works super hard and the location in the Roppongi area is strategic. The gym was wonderful, the breakfast was good with a decent selection of goodies and assortment of morning... More

This is predominantly a business hotel, and upmarket, though not quite in the same league as its sister, the Park Hyatt. What you get for your not inconsiderable ¥ is a high quality hotel, clothed in marble and exquisite carpentry. Beyond this is a superb staff that made our 5 night vacation stay a delight. The rooms are largish by... More
