Sad to see the hotel become a bit too stale. Could do with some updating.....Rooms are a bit shabby and hotel looks a bit tired. Staff are very pleasant and made the stay that little bit better....... At the time of staying the restaurant was under renovation so couldn't comment on the food, but the bar is very classic and... Good central location in Tokyo, handy for main sites, underground and Haneda. Great choice of places to eat nearby, enough to satisfy most budgets and the whole family. The rooms in the Shiba Park were spacious and comfortable and the service excellent. There was some noise due to refurbishment works but the hotel did let us know about this in... More

My partner and I recently spent 5 nights here and couldn't have been happier. The staff are very helpful and the room size was great. Very near to 2 metro stations and a JR station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would recommend without hesitation.

This hotel although probably stuck in the 80's is a good place to stay when visiting Tokyo. The rooms have everything you need and more. Bed was quite comfy and big by eastern standards. During our stay it was very quiet, less noise than I get at home. It's close to many restaurants, bars and transport. Would gladly stay here... More

Having lived and travelled in Asia for over twenty years where the hotel service is already of a high standard I was very impressed with the Front Desk service at Shiba Park. They were very friendly and informative. In particular Mr Kosaku Sakasegawa, the Ast Manager for Front Desk, was outstanding when he helped us after losing a bag from... More

Hotel is located in near Tokyo Tower, Hamamatchuso bus terminal. Most of tours by coach start at this bus terminal, it is convenient. Staffs speak English very well. It is helpful because japanese do not speak English even young pepole.

This was the third time I had stayed with them and I will keep coming back as well. The staff offer excellent service, as most hotels do in Japan, but they went out of their way to ensure I was enjoying my stay and comfortable with all that was offered (in English too). The room was immaculate each day that... More

We stayed at Shiba Park for one night to get a taste of Tokyo. The rooms are great, the staff understand English, and are very helpful. We left our luggage there during the day before going on a sight seeing and shopping expedition, then caught the bus directly to the airport. The staff loaded the bus, we simply had tom... More

This surprised me a little this hotel. It's in a nice location. Close to many things but not loud. Good service and were keen to assist wherever they could. Simple room but sufficient. Would recommend this for a cheaper option in tokyo

Stayed 4 nights here. It is a bit of a walk (800 m) from the JR station and is in a mainly business area with limited number of good restaurants nearby, however rooms very clean and reasonable size for Japan. Considered good value for money, staff very helpful with reasonable English, breakfast adequate, (cereals, yogout, juice, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, smoked... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
