There are free internet access in the room if you could bring your laptop, otherwise you can use it in lobby and you should pay. For American standards, I would agree that this hotel is basic and somewhat outdated, with small rooms. However, for Japan standards, this is spacious and inexpensive (especially when traveling on corporate rates). The hotel has outstanding service, people taking umbrellas out of your hand so you don't have to walk to the umbrella rack, a concierge who speaks good English... more
