Hotel is right next to the Daiba stn and very close to a few malls and some famous Odaiba sites. Hotel lobby is very impressive at night time with the background of the rainbow bridge. All staff members were extremely attentive and friendly. We could see Mt Fuji from our balcony. The downside was no free WiFi in room and... More

I wanted to love this hotel, and there is plenty to like, but there are also some real issues the management needs to deal with: - Many rooms and hallways smell like cigarette smoke, and the management is not good or efficient about changing you out if they have mistakenly put you in a smoking room. - The staff are... Great location - JR and Shopping Centre near the entrance of a Hotel. Most comfortable beds and lovely rooms. After coming back from Skiing in Sapporo, we have had only three days and two nights to see all of the Tokyo,so you can imagine that lunch and dinning was outside of the Hotel. However, we have had the most delicious breakfast:)... More

Stayed at the Hilton Odaiba twice during a business trip to Tokyo. Rooms are large and comfortable. The views over the bay and Rainbow Bridge from both the check-in area and the rooms are spectacular. Staff was unfailingly polite. This location is convenient to Haneda airport. It is some distance from downtown Tokyo. There are shopping centers and tourist sites... More

great location for exhibition in Daiba, but no nice food around, nor many English-speaking staff in the hotel. Even when walking out, there are very few people capable of comprehending English. Worst of all, no appreciable restaurant can be found in this area. For shopping, there are also very few name-brand goods or high-end products.

We were delighted to read your glowing review of our hotel, thank you. Set on the waterfront, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is moments from popular theme parks, malls, dining and entertainment. See gorgeous views of Tokyo's skyline and the famous Rainbow Bridge from 15 stories up. Our hotel offers easy access to Shinagawa and Ginza as well as cruise ports, major... More

The Hotel is very clean with great views of the bay and bridge mostly at night. There is a lot to do in Odaiba and is family/kid friendly. The transportation was not the best into the Main parts of the Tokyo city.

The room carpet gave me running nose and sore throat. Like in most hotels in Japan, the waiters and staffs were super kind but not helpful at all when it comes to exploring the city. The front desk person made us take the wrong subway line to places everytime (yes i mean everytime) She was so bad at maps but... More

Nice hotel in Odaiba, especially for a sunny week end. The golden honey wooden paneled reception is warm and welcoming. The front desk service, and service in general, is excellent with very dedicated and helpful staff. The room was large and the king size bed comfortable with a view on the port. There is a direct exit from the Daiba... More

Good rooms with very good size (Japan standard). Next to a big shopping centre and attractions. Bypass traffic if you drive directly to the airport. Only complain the service in the bar is too limited due to the executive lounge is not ready. Value for money only if you have the bay view.

We waited for a long while during check-in and check-out, and while the room was huge, it's just not worth its price with the quality of service and amenities. Hilton Tokyo Odaiba used to be Hotel Nikko Tokyo, so the hotel's facilities are pretty much the same at a much higher price. The staff during check-in was unfriendly, which was... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
