I have stayed here several times now. The location is excellent -- directly across the street from the Shinagawa station so you can take the Nartia Express directly from Narita or the Keikyu line direct from Haneda. Once there you have access to anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. I like the rooms they are clean and comfortable. The hotel might... more

This hotel advertises as western hotel with english websites also promoting as good business hotel...it took 4 days and over 30 phone calls before hotel pacific would connect the call from my husband to my room, after that my husband was told i had already checked out (that was also a lie)...so if your staying at this hotel expecting ph... more

Located just outside and across the street from Shinagawa Stn Takanawa exit. Lucked out on an upgrade to a deluxe room (stayed in regular room a year ago, average experience), which was big, with vanity area and couch area, and a large window view of the city overlooking the huge Shinagawa Stn, and enough window sill room to sit right... more

It's a big business hotel. But the staff is very, very helpful and many of them speak excellent English. There's a convenience store in the basement where you can snacks, beer and other things until after midnight. Free internet (wired). An expensive but very nice coffee shop where you can have coffee and work on your computer with a wonderful... more

I stayed here on two separate occasions in the same week, the first time I stayed for one night in a 'Standard' room, which is pretty small at 25sq m, with a queen bed, the second time i stayed for two nights and got a free 'upgrade' to a 30sq m 'Superior' room with a bed that was almost king... more

This is what I could call a big and boxy, ordinary Japanese urban hotel -- catering to the Japanese traveling middle class, some foreigners and, especially it seems, flight crews. My very expensive room was not ready until mid-afternoon on check-in on New Year's Day. This was irritating after flying in from South Asia. But I understood that the place... more

I stayed at the Hotel Pacific Tokyo recently for 5 days and 4 nights and it was truly an enjoyable stay! It is my first time in Tokyo and this hotel gave a good impression! The hotel is conveniently located in Tokyo with many shops around, a major train station (Shinagawa Station) just in front, and a Catholic church 5... more

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights of our Japan tour. The rooms are quite dated and small but clean. The breakfast room is very beautiful with the fountain, waterfalls and koi pond which surround it on three sides. However, the breakfast buffet is quite ordinary. The hotel is located right across the street from the Shinagawa station which makes... more

This hotel is an older hotel for the 'Le Meridien' chain, as a few of the other reviews have noted. The rooms are smaller than you might be used to in western Meridien hotels, but fairly average for Japanese business hotels (without going to top-end hotels anyway). A huge advantage of this hotel is it's location, directly across the street... more

I selected this hotel for a one night stay to allow some sightseeing around Tokyo before catching a flight out of Narita. The location is extremely convenient to the station and worked as a good central spot to go around town. By subway, nothing was more than 190 Yen (about 15 Min) away, and making the connection to the N’EX... more
