We stayed at this hotel for three nights on our trip around Japan after reading trip advisor reviews. It was a nice hotel that nearly adjoined to the railway with many good features. We booked the rainbow bridge view room. We were allocated a room that was likely the " lowest level" for this room as we could ' see... More

I stayed two night in this hotel. Fantastic view and well sized clean room. The breakfast and choice of food was excellent. This property is excellent located close to the Tokyo exhibition area. By metro just in front of the hotel, is only 10 – 12 minutes and about 20 -25 minutes to city centre. If you looking for shopping,... More

We split our stay at this property to two sessions, with a 2 days break in between for a trip to Hakone. First stay for 4 nites and 2nd stay for 2 nites. The 1st stay, we were allocated a nice rainbow bridge room at the presidential floor. Fantastic view and well sized room. Check in and out is at... More

We check in at 12pm midnite and guess what? We got the upgrade to the luxury room...( woohoooo...). The room was so big (maybe about 50m2), and the bed is super king size. The staff was very helpfull. There is a convenient store at the front of the hotel who open 24/7. The location of this hotel is just the... More

This was my second visit at this hotel. My first one was back in 2006. Restaurants close very early at night, so better have dinner before 9 PM. There is, however, very convenient convenience store steps away from the hotel lobby. Here you can find everything from food, drinks and personal hygiene items. Probably, what is best about this hotel... More

Good for the airport (Haneda) and Disneyland but not so good if you want to spend time in town - worked out quite costly to travel about. Rooms on the big side for Japan, still quite pricey for what you get. Staff friendly and courteous and a few restaurants on site. Couple of local attractions eg the Ferris Wheel worth... More

Access Conveniently accessible from Narita Airport (Narita) by airport limousine bus. Travelling time to hotel is about 80 minutes and costs JPY2800 one way. Bus drops you at hotel door step. There was no bell hop in sight when we arrived at about 10 am and we had to find our own way and carry own bags to the check-in... More

The size of the rooms are big compared to the usual Jap hotels. Cleanliness can be further improved. Hotel is just located next to Daiba station. Concierge is helpful despite the language difficulty. This is an a nice area outside Tokyo city. To get to the city area, it takes about 45min to an hour by train and you will... More

Odaiba is a great location to spend a couple of days while in Tokyo. Great sized bathroom, convenience store at base of hotel and easy walking distance to Odaiba attractions. Has free bus to Disneyland and public transport to Tokyo nearby.

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
