We are just about to check out of the hotel, our stay has been excellent. On arrival the staff quickly checked us in and our bags brought to the room. The bathroom had a fabulous array of goodies including Sheishedo soap. That evening we ate in the Chinese Restaurant and the food was amazing. The breakfast buffet was good and as... More

Our family of 4 stayed at the Grand Pacifica in August and it was packed with tourists so the staff were pretty inundated but did a good job of coping with the crowds. The hotel is a bit pricey for what it is and could be more of a 4.5 stars hotel rather than 5 as it lacked a few... More

You take a monorail to reach the hotel which is at the doorstep of the station. It is part of a larger complex and is located on reclaimed land near the bay. The area is less congested and yet just a short monorail ride away from the city centre. It is very easy to access - a shuttle service is... More

Stayed there for 5 nights. Rooms were big, bed was very comfortable. Hotel service was exceptional. We had a small issue with sending our luggage to the airport. They had 4 people working on this, discussing if and what could be done. That night, there was a letter in our room apologizing for not being able to help us and... More

The lobby was nice enough, though it was crowded with tourists in mid August. The room was clean and nice, fairly large bathroom with soaking tub and nice fluffy robes. The positives end there. The service was horrible. The staff unhelpful and rude. The food was mediocre at best for both the main dining room and room service. The hotel... More

We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We arrived on aug 8, we were in luck because of the fireworks display overlooking tokyo bay. The view is spectacular from our room, i never anticipated that we will be overlooking the rainbow bridge and tokyo bay. The hotel is very near the daiba station so getting to places is not... More

This was our first stop after an overnight flight into Narita airport. As we arrived early morning our room was not ready but staff held our luggage while we explored the local area. Check in was relatively easy, staff spoke enough English to make it a smooth process. The room itself was very spacious with plenty of room for our... More

I very much enjoyed my stay here for a period of 4 days. The service is great, food is pretty good and rooms are fantastic. All this comes at a very fair price indeed. A family a four staying in two separate rooms including breakfasts on all four days payed ¥177000. My complaints are mainly on the location, in the... More

Stayed here for 4 nights prior to joining a Round Japan Cruise. Great Location in fact the exit from the Monorail exits direct more or less into the Hotel. Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
