Was supposed to stay in this hotel for three nights unfortunately due to a typhoon delaying our cruise we stayed a further night. Unfortunately the hotel made us check out of our room by 12am and we could not check back into a different room until after 3pm. Which seemed at bit daft and meant we had to waste part... More

This is my second time to stay in Grand pacific Le Daiba Odaiba, very nice atmosphere not only because so many place to shop but also good environment. I booked this hotel through the internet so I can not get breakfast, well it's not hard to find food to eat here, there's convenient store around the hotel.

I used this hotel as a base for visiting an expo belt at the big site. The hotel was particularly good for access to Odaiba station where you can get the mono rail / underground into other more interesting districts. It is approx a half an hour pedestrianised walk to the the big site itself. The rooms were of a... More

Really fantastic hotel. We had booked a normal room but were upgraded free of charge to an executive room on check in. Rooms are very large and well equipped, bed very comfortable and bathroom luxurious. Restaurants are very nice. Location is superb as it is a bit out from central Tokyo with spectacular views of the Tokyo skyline and rainbow... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of our cruise package. From arrival to checkout it was seamless. We had had a long journey to Tokyo so to find our room key and all the details we needed upon arrival in reception was very welcome. Our room was huge with 2 queen size beds, flatscreen, and coffee and tea making... More

This hotel is great and worth for the $. For the price you can only get a small room in Shinjuku area. Rooms are big and the bed are very comfortable. Surrounding plenty of place for activities. I was here for a one night stay,

I would come here again just to ride the elevators! Seriously. I have never been in elevators so quiet. Not only is it like riding a down pillow, but the accelerations and decelerations are programed so precisely, that one barely notices motion. The pricing is on the high side, but given the: - friendly, helpful attitudes of the staff, -... More

The hotel was pre-booked as part of a cruise package but we could not have done better if we had booked it ourselves. The efficiency was second to none - several coaches arrived from Narita Airport at the same time and so my wife went to check-in before the rush but all the room keys were laid out on a... More

We stayed for 3 nights before embarking on a cruise around Japan and South Korea. What a fantastic hotel! Firstly, we upgraded to the executive floor, Rainbow Bridge side. This is located on the upper floors of the hotel and hosts the most desirable view of the Tokyo skyline! The executive room was large, 2 double beds, beautifully decorated with... More
