I have stayed at this hotel many times when it was a Le Meridian (Starwood) hotel and prefer it over the Nikko just across the tracks. The staff is very welcoming and professional and take great effort to insure your comfort. Very easy access to the Big Sight and Tokyo by rail. I'd highly recommend for any business traveler. Exceptional... more

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during my business trip. The staff was very helpful, but you could run into a language barrier with some of the staff if you don't speak Japanese. I booked the abacus room that included an internet connection in my room and breakfast each day. I had no trouble connecting to the internet.... more

Firstly, I have to say this hotel is beautiful. The service is exceptional and the rooms beautifully clean. The only drawbacks were, although I got a good rate through expedia, the cost of everything in the hotel was high. You even had to pay for internet usage which I was surprised at. I also found communication a little difficult with... more

Great things about the hotel: - Staff - lobby, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant - all faultless! - Rooms - very clean, decent size, well furnished, toiletries replaced daily.... - Food - excellent, good presentation and range. - Range of shops within hotel - Excellent location - monorail stop "within" hotel and only 10 mins ride to city centre. Good range of... more

Handed over to Grand Pacific 4 months ago by Le Meridien. I can't recall a Hotel anywhere where there were so many eager young staff members in the lobby at all times ready to help you with anything at all, always with poise, politeness and a smile. Check in/ out and concierge were very good. The latter even sent a... more

I selected this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvicor.com. They did not do it justice! Wow! what a hotel. Opulent and grand and a wonderful surprise upon arrival after a 12 hour trip to Japan. It was an expensive trip but money well spent both at the hotel and in Tokyo. Grand. Grand. Grand. The service is excellent and yes,... more

The Le Meridien Grand Pacific is an amazing hotel, the moment you walk in the door the porters take your luggage. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The Concierge desk is very helpful but some of the staff do not know a lot of English they still try and help though, or they find someone who can help you. The only... more

I ended up at the Grand Pacific because I had Starwood points that needed to be used to lower the cost of my Tokyo stay. I was a little concerned about how far away Odaiba seemed from downtown Tokyo, but it ended up being nice to take a break from the hectic pace of things in the city and relax... more

I really enjoyed the Grand Pacific. It was close enough to Tokyo (15 minute monorail ride) but outside of the hustle and bustle. It was located next to AquaCity in Daiba and at AquaCity one could find more than 30 dining options which was always nice after a long day exploring Tokyo. The staff were nice and the 2,000 yen... more

First up: value for money. For about USD$150/night, this was a great hotel to stay in, its top notch. Don't want cleaning every day? They allow that. Every 2 days, you can skip, and get some money back (2000 Yen/day). This can be used to offset your hotel bill... In-room massages are available. Great when you're tired. Rooms are large.... more
