We spent four nights at this hotel before going on a cruise around northern Japan and Russia. At the end of the cruise we decided to stay an extra night in Tokyo and did not hesitate to book into the Grand Pacific Le Daiba again. The hotel was close to everything we wanted: Palette Town; great shopping at several shopping... More

The hotel is clean, modern, excellent wifi and very friendly staff. Things you should know: -The location is isolated so every time you want to go into Tokyo you need to take a monorail at 640Y return.and 25 minutes. -The breakfast is not for Western tastes, besides being outrageously priced at 3,000Y the choice is very limited with cold scrambled... This is a good option to central Tokyo. Easy access by metro to central Tokyo. Easy airport access via shuttle bus. Free bus to Disney. We had connecting rooms to accommodate a family and found a great rate on hotels.com. If you know NYC, think of it as the Hyatt at Exchange Place in Jersey City for about 1/2 the... More

We were staying in this hotel for three nights before a cruise around Japan and Korea. We couldn't believe the size of this Hotel. We were given a lovely large twin beded room with a lovely bathroom full of lovely toiletries . There was a water boiler with different teas and coffee's this took so time to get used too.... More

Loved this hotel.only a monorail ride away from Tokyo Central stations . Lively atmosphere along waterside in the evening with bars & restaurants. Super room overlooking the harbour - the higher the better. Breakfast excellent buffet. Had same trouble with vouchers as stonemen reviewer so went downstairs and managed ok. Depends on airport for grading of good access.

We stayed here for three nights before going on a cruise, which gave us time to recover from the long flights and time difference. As a base for seeing Tokyo it was perfect, although the hotel is on a man made island the transport system is clean and punctual. There is a monorail station next to the hotel which links... More

I am writing this review 1/2 hour after eating $30 per person breakfast at the hotel's 30 floor buffet restaurant. We entered the restaurant at its opening time, 6:30. The first thing we faced was a gauntlet of staff who wanted to find out if we had a service ticket (we didn't), then another person lead us down a hall... More

The Grand Pacific appears to be a little way from down town Tokyo, but for around £2.00 per person you can reach most other tube lines and thereby most other destinations in Tokyo. We visited many Temples, Shrines and shopping areas on our own using the Grand Pacific as our hub. The Japanese people are very friendly and helpful, making... More

We stayed at this former Le Meridien hotel on La Daiba island in late May before going on a cruise departing from Yokohama. We had been traveling around the island of Honshu for 10 days before reaching Tokyo and rather than carrying our big suitcase (cruise-wear tuxes and formal gowns) around, we had it shipped from our first stop in... We were in Grand pacific in july as the first hotel of our trip in Japan.the hotel is really good, clean and with nice rooms ( bigger than the average in japan ).it is very easy to reach because the monorail stops in front, and very near there is a mall in which have dinner or breackfast. There is even... More
