I've stayed twice at the Park Hotel Tokyo. The first time was ver recent to their oppening and I had a hard time with the taxi driver finding the place, but the second time (one year later) was smooth and with no problem (the first time I was there, they were still building the roads to get to the hotel,... The Park Hotel is a medium sized very modern hotel in the very modern and relatively new Shiodome area of Tokyo. The lobby is on the 25th floor of a large building, with the rooms being in the 10 floors above that. Below the Park Hotel, the subway is only an elevator ride away, which is extremely convenient. Also only... More

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Park Hotel for 8 nights in mid-March, and I don't have any complaints. From the efficient way they helped us check-in as soon as we arrived from the airport bus, to the smooth check-out, everything was well done. The reception desk staff were faultlessly polite, and spoke better English than at Cerulean Tower,... More

My 20 yr old son and I stayed at the Park Hotel twice - once when we first arrived in Japan and again as we left. I was a little worried it would be hard to find but we had no trouble at all and found the location terrific for our needs. Whilst we didn't spend much time actually in... More

We spend three nights here en-route to Australia. It's too far away for a one night stop-over, probably close to 2 hours door-to-door from hotel to Narita Airport. Anyway the hotel, the hotel is great. It is spotless and modern. The decor is stylish and has the feel of a top class hotel. The staff (although lacking charisma) were extremely... More

Stayed here for one night on our last night in Japan, wasn't expecting too much (stayed at the Cerulean for 3 nights, then went to Kyoto, then back to Tokyo for our flight). We arrived early (around 10:30am) and were told that the hotel was having some 'facility issues' and that if we wanted to check in on time, we... More

My husband, 7 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. We got a triple share room. I thought the room was adequate in size and definitely very nicely appointed. Location is great! The building is around office towers , there were a lot of good office lunch places with very reasonable prices. 10 min walk away from... More

This hotel is super-great. Location is right next door to a subway station and the interior of the rooms are impeccable. If you like modern, you'll love it. Was a bit worried as I selected this hotel purely based on reviews as I was rushing for time. Its subway station (Shiodome) is well located and close to many tourist sites.... More

We stayed here en route to Australia as part of our honeymoon. The hotel was chosen on the basis of other reviews here on Tripadvisor. Upon arrival we were told that we were upgraded thanks to our newly wedded status and given a premium room with a stunning view of the Tokyo Tower. It snowed for part of our time... More

We spent 3 nights at the Park Hotel in February and thought it was great. We arrived late evening & were very impressed with the size of the premium room we booked as some reviews suggested rooms were small. When we opened the curtains we were very impressed with the view of the neon lights & energetic Tokyo. The view... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
