Our arrival at Park Hotel was disappointing. After a late night taxi ride from the airport, we arrived to find an office tower in near darkness. The entry to the hotel was obscure and there was no-one there. The hotel is located on the top floors of a soul-less office building. We had a standard room, so it was not... More

This is my second review of this hotel (my earlier some two years ago). Again, not disappointed in any respect. Every small request was attended to immediately. The hotel itself is just immaculate, if not a little on the quirky side, whilst retaining peaceful common areas, decorated with art and photos. Staff just wonderful and non-intrusive. This hotel has all... More

We stayed in this hotel over two parts of our trip. The first part we got a nice room but we had asked for non-smoking and told the room we had was a non-smoking room when it smelt strongly of cigarettes. The second part we payed extra for a view of the tokyo tower, highly recommended, spectacular view. This time... More

This hotel has some fabulous features--larger than normal rooms for Japan, great service, clean, a washing machine (cost) on floor 26, a small exercise room, and a great view of the Tokyo Tower. As other reviewers have mentioned, it can be difficult to find but the desk provides a map of the connection from the subway to the hotel. Use... More

Stayed for 5 nights and the experience was great. The view of the Tokyo tower was almost perfect, minus the season which limits the view of Mt Fuji. Good location with lots of subways and train stations surrounding it. Not to mention the Tsukiji Fish Market is just a 10 mins walk away. Had breakfast at the Market almost every... More

Stayed here for 3 nights last week. (8,9 & 10 June, 2014) Hotel is difficult to find if you come via subway. Getting off at Shimbashi Subway station and trying to find any signs that point to the hotel is difficult. Follow the signs towards Shio Dome and keep your eyes open for two small signs that point to Park... More

This is a great starting location for exploring Tokyo. The views from the top floors are also amazing, particularly at night time. The Service is great (but then we didnt ever have bad service in Japan when coming with Europe). Would go here again when in Tokyo.

The Park Hotel is in a very handy position to several subway lines, the subway entrance is right outside the Hotel. The hotel itself starts on the 25th floor or there abouts. It has a spacious reception area with restaurants. Unfortunately every time we first entered the reception area it smelt of smoke, however our room was on the 34th floor... More

This was my 4th stay at the Park hotel and the reason why I keep on returning is because it is a very affordable option. Rooms are pretty standard however everything is thought off. Beds are comfortable and rooms are of a decent size for Tokyo standards. The big let down is the breakfast in the lobby. The entire food... More
