This hotel has nice views over Tokyo, particularly if you get the side looking out onto Tokyo tower - and on a clear day - Mount Fuji. Unfortunately, there are few other positive things to say about the Park Hotel. The lobby is terribly cluttered with dated looking furniture, obscure art exhibits, and leftover Christmas decorations. Rooms are for the... More

Stayed 3 nights in February and found the Hotel to be a bit weird .Staff was nice . The Lobby is on the 25 floor but when you come in down stairs it's hard to find how to get up to the lobby. Poor Signage . The rooms are very tiny with worst pillow I have ever encountered. It was... More

Stayed here for a few nights around the Tokyo Marathon, amongst numerous other marathon runners staying at this hotel. This is a very westerner-friendly hotel. Lots of English speakers. The biggest selling point of this hotel is the breathtaking views, from the hotel lobby, lifts and the rooms. It is very centrally located too, and has excellent transport links too.... More

Within easy reach to Shimbashi station-10 mind, Tsukiji fish market- 15min and Ginza shopping belt- 20mins. We stayed 4 nights in a designer Matsuri room and totally enjoyed the vivacious lustre. It was well kept and maintained daily Everything would have been excellent if the hotel could offer a more sumptuous breakfast buffet spread

We were staying here for 4 nights ,hotel staff are very friendly ,atmosphere there was good, a walking distance to Subway ,train station and Tsukiji Fish Market . Many Restaurants are just about a 15 min walk from the Hotel . If you prefer a quiet place to stay, this will be the ideal hotel .

The hotel itself offers good rooms, an attractive environment and the staff is friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. Particularly we found the concierge desk valuable in guiding us on the use of the metro system, access to the various attractions, etc. The gym exists although it consists of only three machines plus a few extras and is placed... Good service pretty much for the whole 8 days trip in Tokyo, was a little worried about this hotel when looking at map. However, the hotel has great location with good service, most staffs are able to converse in English. Location wise, the hotel is kinda connected to Oedo Line Metro (using the hotel elevator down to the basement). Otherwise,... More

Spent five nights here with my sister, the location is excellent walking distance to a major railway station. Very friendly staff, reception is on the 25th floor, incredible view of Tokyo Tower. Room was clean, quiet, and the size was OK for two of us. I'll come back here next time in Japan.

Stayed for 8-9 nights with a friend here. After a lot of researching online and asking colleagues who had been to Tokyo, this hotel kept being brought up. Travel time by train from Tokyo Narita Intl was 40-50 mins. Pretty easy to understand rail network. The local main station is 'Shinbashi' It is a 3-5min stroll with your suitcase to... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
