We stayed three nights in a standard room with Tokyo Tower view on level 31 (room 3110). With plenty of space for both of us and our suitcases/shopping this room was spacious and quite large by Tokyo standards. Fabulous views across the city of Shibuya, Shinjuku and Mt Fuji, excellent buffet breakfast, very clean, and a lovely foyer bar to... More

This was the first hotel we (my partner and I with another married couple) stayed at of our 3 weeks of travel ahead and my first reaction when I walked in the room was - WOW!!! On arrival people were overly helpful and offered to help us with our luggage (one large backpack, 2 snowboard bags, a suitcase each and... More

I stayed on a Sunday and Monday night in January in a twin room with my adult daughter for 20,000 yen per night.I was delighted with this hotel choice. I booked last minute through Booking.com and there were no Tokyo Tower rooms available. Our room on the 28th floor overlooked the bay and some of the very nearby Hama Rikyu gardens... More

This hotel begins on the 25th floor above the Shiodome train station, which also has the monorail which was great for a ride over Rainbow Bridge and the bay and walking distance to Shimbashi Station with the main JR Lines, therefore very easy and inexpensive to get around from here but a more upmarket location and peaceful. There were lots... More

Great stay at the Park Hotel, a cool hotel with lots of art around the foyer and an awesome view of Tokyo Tower with Mount Fuji in the background on a clear day. Close to everything, once you have worked out how to use the subway / metro / rail network there is the Shinbashi station directly beneath the hotel... More

The hotel is perfectly placed right next to Shambashi station so transport plus eating options are excellent It is actually a reasonable walk from central Tokyo if you wish Room was comfortable for both stays. Get a room with a view of the tower if possible (you will also see Mt Fuji on a clear day)...rooms start on 26th floor... More

The name here is once again maybe a bit misleading: Park Hotel...definitely no park around :) but otherwise a very good propery, here is why: The hotel is located in the upper floors of an office tower. It is a less busy tower of the otherwise busy Shiodome area. You can't be more central: there is a metro stop in... More

The location and property were great. Concierge was also very helpful, and spoke great English. Upon checkout, the front desk accidentally double charged my credit card, then couldn't undo it. Took a few days to fix, which was very frustrating.

Hotel was great. A friend advised us to get a room with a view and it was well worth the extra $25 a night - amazing city, tower and Mount Fuij views. The hotel is close to both a subway and mainline train station so travelling around the city was very easy. The room is a good size for Tokyo,... More

Dear Mr.&Ms. JamesandJodie, Thank you very much for staying with us at Park Hotel Tokyo. We are pleasure to hear that you had enjoyed the tower view from your room. As it is very cold in Tokyo now, the sky is clear so it is able to see the Mt. Fuji from the room. We apologize for the inconvenience about... More

We stayed in an artist room, which I recommend. The rooms are relatively spacious and have everything you need. Staff were great. We did not eat at the hotel. It's just a few minutes walk to the train station and easy to hop on the "green line", which is really all you need to circle the city and get to... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
