I was staying at this hotel for a week on business. The hotel is booked by my colleague in Japan as it is very near to the office. The hotel is located at a super convenient location, very colse to the Shinagawa station and it is only 15-20 mins from the Tokyo Haneda airport by train. The room is spacious... More

Stayed for three business days while traversing across Tokyo on business. Had come in from Osaka, so the location directly across Shinagawa station was great. Has lots of options for dining in and around the hotel. Rooms were large and very well appointed. Breakfast was top class and plentiful for choice. I can recommend this hotel for sure.

Stayed in August for two nights on a business trip. Usually, when at Shinagawa, I stay at 'The Strings', but I wanted to try something different. To make it short: I will go back to 'The Strings' again. Location: great, just on the other side of the street from Shinagawa train station. House has restaurants (TGIF) and small convenience store... More

The old fans of the original Pacific hotel will find that time has stopped for decades. The original room quality made renovation unnecessary. The position just in front of Shinagawa Station is perfect for Shibuya, Yoyogi, Ueno, (Yamanote line) direct arrival from Narita (NEX), departure for Kyoto and Osaka. Wonderful restaurant with waterfall view and rich breakfast both continental and... More

The EX Inn is in a good location across from the train station. Used it to take the high speed down to Fuji where our offices are located and it was easy and convenient. Right on the line to either airport as well. The rooms are suitable, small but good sized for Tokyo. Staff was friendly. There are lots of... More

Well located in front of Shinagawa train station, in an animated suburb of Tokyo. Convenient for public transport and easy access with Limousine bus from Narita. Staff is nice, service is good and so is the value. Yet, room is a bit old and carpet needs to be changed. Good value for money though in expensive Tokyo

This is a nice, very typical japanese hotel worth its stars. It is located directly across the Shinagawa train station which is a pretty large station with lots of connections. The rooms are OK and relatively spaceous in comparison to other japanese hotels. There are several restaurants in the building and a few shops in the ground floor. The reception... More

This hotel is conveniently located and has a helpful staff but the highlight is the outdoor eating area which is especially beautiful at night. The only real drawback was the bed which was not very comfortable but good enough to sleep in a decent sized room for Tokyo.

If we knew, it would be fine. Since we did not know it we were shocked. We arrived early, so we asked to if they could keep our luggages. They told us there is coin locker around the corner which is refundable. And after we got in room, we noticed there were not enough outlets and pillows. We call the... More

I stayed here recently for four nights. Great location - steps from Shinagawa station. Rooms are a decent size and clean, though decor and furnishings are quite dated. I would have been completely happy, though, if it weren't for an encounter with the management. I had with me a small, Brookstone travel pillow, which I used the first night at... More
