This hotel is a budget friendly hotel. Small room but clean. Provide fantastic free gourmet coffee at the lobby. It has convenient stores such as family mart, 7 eleven and Lawson stores within walking distance. There are also some nice restaurants located nearby. In terms of transport, it is located very near to Daimon station and a short walk to... More

The room is very, very small and there's not enough space for a week-load of clothes for two people in the wardrobe. The cleanliness was acceptable but could be better. The Hotel is very conveniently located extremely near the train, monorail and metro stations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay here. First time was 2012 and it seemed to be cleaner. The room was dirty and worn. The bathroom had hair on the floor (and it wasn’t mine!) The grout in the bathroom was gross. Towels were thin and grayish. The room is extremely small. You can barely open two suitcases at the same time.... More

The room is clean, staff are helpful and Wi-Fi for room is provided. It was a last minute trip and it's my first time to Japan. The Wi-Fi in the room was very good and hence a lot of planning for the trip was done in the room and via seeking for help at the concierge counter. The staff generally... More

If you are flying in and our of Haneda, this hotel is a short walk to the Tokyo Monorail. Also very close to the Metro Daimon station - two subways lines A and E. The rooms are small but fairly clean. Beds and pilows are firm. Yukata's as well, There is sufficient lighting. There is a small ref, electric kettle... More

Hotel Mystays is clean and has good service, but I would not recommend it as anything beyond a transit point. Even though it is located very close to the subway/monorail for Tokyo Haneda and Narita airport; the location lacks charm. It feels like a gritty area on the outskirts. If you are planning to use this as your base to... More

I love staying at MyStays Hamamatsucho due its excellent location, very close to Daimon subway, JR Hamamatsucho train station and monorail to Haneda airport. The environment is nice, you can spot nice cafes and restaurants, offfice buildings, family mart and other supermarkets, and Japanese fast food chain like Yoshinoya etc. It's a distance walk from Tokyo Tower. The room is... More

We stayed at mystays Hamamatsu for 5 days. The location is good and next to the daimod station but the room was small and tiny but for the price we paid it was what I expected. I recommend this hotel to those who want to explore the city and come back just to sleep. Enjoy!

We stayed here for one night as it was closeby Hamamatsucho Station, one station away from Shinagawa Station where our Shinkansen rapid train departed at 8.40am for Kyoto. We had stayed 5 nights at MyStays Asakusa-bashi and loved it but thought it best to change hotels as we had large suitcases and guessed it may be a problem trying to... More
