The hotel is located near the Tokyo tower (10 min walk) and surrounded by small restaurants. The rooms are small by western standards, but quite average for hotels in Japan. The room was meticulously clean. Free wired internet access. Free wireless wifi access is available in the lobby only. The hallways and public areas are quite "down at the heels"... More

The service was very good and the people spoke English. For the quality it was a bit expensive at about $116. Good location for sightseeing and lots of places to eat near by. There is only Internet access in the lobby and all TV channels are in Japanese.

I've stayed in several business hotels all over Japan and I generally have found the quality to be pretty consistent. This hotel is no exception. Small, business-hotel style rooms. Good value for money. Although a business-style hotel, they seem to have lots of tourists, since they are close to Tokyo Tower, so the staff appear happy to help travelers. Decent... More

This is not a hotel with frills. If you want luxury its not for you. The rooms are small and wardrobe space almost non existent. Bed is comfortable but one side is against the wall which can be difficult. Bathroom is functional. Over bath shower which has a high side so shorter people may struggle to step in. There is... More

We stayed here for 3 nights (room only) prior to our Cruise. It is in a quiet area and gave us the opportunity to walk around Tokyo or take the very efficient public transport. The Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and always smiling and eager to help.Rooms to the front looking out at the Tokyo Tower are smaller than the rooms... More

We were booked into the Grand Hotel by our tour operator for three nights. Room only. On arrival the girl at reception was very helpful (with limited English). But shown our reservations had no trouble in checking us in. I asked for a room with a view of the tower but that wasn’t possible. The room we had was just... More

Prior to going i emailed for some advice and these guys couldn't have been more helpful, so we found easily enough without the cost of a taxi form the airport, very good public transport directions for arrival and whenever we asked. Not right in the centre but we walked everywhere easily enough (30 mins to town) but it was very... More

This is a good hotel. Things work, but are not as fashionable as most hotels in Tokyo. Location is good, but still some walk away from train stations. Service at the hotel was very good. Correct and friendly. Had a very reasonable price thus making it a bit over average experience.

we stayed here one night luckily. the location is good but all the rest was just ok. the hotel is old and they don't have wi-fi in the rooms. only in the loby. the bed wasn't comfterble and compare to other hotels in japan it's not that good. but at leats it's cheap.
