It was a great stay at a very reasonable cost per night compared to others. Front desk staff are respectful and do speak English. Helpful too with directions. Room are small but you're not there to hang around the room. Clean room and bathroom. Shisedo brand hair shampoo & conditioner, face & body wash, cotton pads & swabs, shavers, toothbrushes,... More

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Located in a tranquil area. Ten minutes’ walk from the Tamachi Station. Near by the station, there are various types of budget restaurants along the streets. Very convenient for a tourist. As usual, I chose this hotel from the Tripadvisor. The hotel is very good and better than many other 3 star hotels... More

This is a clean and comfortable 3 star hotel that doesn't pretend to be anything fancy. They staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing value for Tokyo and is located a short walk away from Tamachi station which is on the main loop line. For anyone looking for a well located hotel in Tokyo at a bargain... More

If you don’t know where to stay for your first visit in Tokyo, don’t look for anything else: this is the place. It is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, at walking distance from Tamachi train station, surrounded by green areas and lots of good small restaurants. We had a perfect one month stay here last year, and this April we’ve... More

This was the beginning of our 3 week tour of Japan and the first hotel of the tour. Located a few hundred metres from train station but within walking distance. Comfortable room with enough room for two and for our luggage. Breakfast was average but enough to satisfy. Staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Tokyo and we were very content. The room was well decorated, neat and and. There was a very good WIFI connection. The price for breakfast was very expensive around 1800 yen, thats why we had breakfast outside the hotel. Recommend this hotel to everybody.

Stayed for 4 nights last year on my own. Great Place and conveniently located just a short walk from the train station. Pleasant staff and very clean and tidy room. No complaints at all and would happily stay here again when I book my second trip :)

We stayed four nights here in a very pleasant room. Comfortable mattresses and no sound from neighbouring rooms. The room is cleaned very professionally every day, and the bed linen is also changed each day. The Shiseido shampoo and conditioner is fantastic. Fast wifi for free in the room. Hotel staff is very friendly indeed. The breakfast is ok, not... More

This hotel is located 5-10min walk from JR. Tamachi station. To be honest, the walk is a bit annoying after a long day of sightseeing but--overall--the hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, amenities are typical for Japanese business hotels, and hotel staff speaks English. I did not eat at hotel restaurants. I like to leave hotels and eat in... More

for an airline with such a stellar reputation. However, it wasn't bad. I was with a group, so can't address the cost. The location seemed to be good but I wasn't there long enough to say. I was disappointed in their restaurant. One had to wait for breakfast, as it was very small & the dinner selection was limited a... More

Staying in Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Odaiba / Shiodome / Shinbashi
Odaiba is an entertainment hotspot with a giant ferris wheel, concert halls, amusement arcades and lots of shopping. It also boasts Oedo-onsen-monogatari, a hotspring that recreates old Edo-era ambiance and is very popular with foreign visitors. Shiodome has ultra-modern office buildings where you can often find restaurants with a great high-rise view of Tokyo. The neighboring area of Shinbashi is a district of much older commercial buildings and it's a great place to join 'salary men' enjoying a drink and snacks at street stalls under the railway bridges after work.
