This was the first time I stayed in a hotel at this rate, so I am not sure whether this was a fair review. The surroundings were very nice with a convenient store nearby and a couple of noodle shops. Bus stop for No.20 and 22 is just a few minutes' walk but subway station is a bit far. The... More

This is an appartment style stay. We were in Kurumi mansion for 3 days and stayed in a room with balcony facing river giving a wonderful and refreshing view. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. Bathrooms are quite small but with all the facilites. We were amazed that only 1 female was running the entire mansion who was just... More

The rate is low for tokyo area. Manager (Yasuo-san) can speak english quite well. 10 mins walk to nearby station (around 800 meters). I've stayed for a week and arrived at Saturday night. Kurumi office is only open for half day for saturday, so the manager left us keyroom inside the room without locked it. Talk about safety in Japan,... More

Kurumi Weekly Mansion is not a hotel but a comfortable apartment block for travellers. The rooms are western style and a generous size for Tokyo with an emphasis on practicality rather than glamour. The location beside the Sumida River is peaceful and the view from the rooms facing the river is charming. We found it very reasonably priced and will... More

Stayed 6 days. Good location, quite yet close to a lot of sights and public transportation. Very basic rooms but the manager is great and so is the WiFi. The building is a bit old but why would you stay inside when in Tokyo. It was perfect for me, needing only a bed WiFi and toilet.

This place is a little gem. Tucked away in a quieter part of the city but easily accessible by bus or subway. The room is larger than average for Japan and includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cooking facilities should you wish to save a bit of money - but there are some really great ramen places nearby. The... More

I dont know if i will recomend that place or not its because of the "beds" they are like ROCKS! we woke up every night because of the painful beds.. So if you are someone who want to have a good sleep i... More

The room you get is very basic, but sufficient in Tokyo's standard. The room we stayed in had 3 beds and we added an extra one. Even with 3 adults and 2 kids it felt adequate. There were some dust under the bed but that didn't bother us. We simply tugged all of our luggages under the bed so the... More

I stayed in this aparthotel on our last stay with my wife and two small children. We were in the slightly cheaper room facing away from the river but spent little time looking out the window anyway. The room was big for a Tokyo bedsit with a small kitchenette and the expected tiny bathroom. The rooms are aged and the... More
