Kurumi Weekly Mansion is not a hotel but a comfortable apartment block for travellers. The rooms are western style and a generous size for Tokyo with an emphasis on practicality rather than glamour. The location beside the Sumida River is peaceful and the view from the rooms facing the river is charming. We found it very reasonably priced and will... More

Stayed 6 days. Good location, quite yet close to a lot of sights and public transportation. Very basic rooms but the manager is great and so is the WiFi. The building is a bit old but why would you stay inside when in Tokyo. It was perfect for me, needing only a bed WiFi and toilet.

This place is a little gem. Tucked away in a quieter part of the city but easily accessible by bus or subway. The room is larger than average for Japan and includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and basic cooking facilities should you wish to save a bit of money - but there are some really great ramen places nearby. The... More

The apartment- hotel was awesome, i stayed for 2 weeks and i did really enjoy the place. I dont know if i will recomend that place or not its because of the "beds" they are like ROCKS! we woke up every night because of the painful beds.. So if you are someone who want to have a good sleep i... More

The room you get is very basic, but sufficient in Tokyo's standard. The room we stayed in had 3 beds and we added an extra one. Even with 3 adults and 2 kids it felt adequate. There were some dust under the bed but that didn't bother us. We simply tugged all of our luggages under the bed so the... More

I stayed in this aparthotel on our last stay with my wife and two small children. We were in the slightly cheaper room facing away from the river but spent little time looking out the window anyway. The room was big for a Tokyo bedsit with a small kitchenette and the expected tiny bathroom. The rooms are aged and the... More

I travel on a wheelchair and I recently stayed at Kurumi Weekly Mansion for 9 nights with my wife. On arrival, we used the bridge nearer the Suitengumae Station but we found that it was too steep. We decided to use the route from Eitai bridge on other days. The distance is longer but it is easier to manage. The... More

I found this mansion accidentally while I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Its location and description was very interesting to me so I made a reservation directly through their home page. Mr. Sasano, the manager, replied immediately no matter what time of a day and how many time on my inquiries.. To me, that showed sincerity and... More

Great place to crash in Tokyo, really quiet, good scenery next to the Sumida river and within 15 minutes of several train / subway stations. For those using the JR pass, Hatchobori station is 15 minutes away and only a station away from Tokyo station for shinkansen connections, the Chuo line or the Yamanote line. The rooms are big by...
