I booked a single room which was really small but once I got settled in, it was fine. Only downside was I had no window and towards the end of my stay I had noisy neighbours but that isn't really their fault. The location was good and easy to get to from Haneda airport with the the airport limousine bus.... More

For almost the same price as a hostel you can have your own room. I stayed in a single room, it is tiny but adequate. Room is equipped with TV, small fridge, kettle, hot plate and sink with dishwashing liquid and utensils supplied. Bathroom is very small but perfectly useable, but no amenities. Towel and toilet paper is provided. There... More

Me and my partner stayed here for five nights on our trip to Tokyo. When we arrived Sasano San was ready to check us in, He spent a good ten minutes going through everything about the room, the location of the hotel and general advice on what to do, which was really nice. The room itself was fine. Yes the... More

I have stayed in a triple room (non-river sights) for 7 nights with my family. The Mansion manager Sasano San is very helpful and prepared a detailed map of the nearby area, such as subway stations, convenient stores, supermarkets, etc. I arrived the mansion at 10 am, which is not yet the check-in time, and Sasano San arranged a room... Receptionist was a native but is really good in english so the communication was perfect. The place is 10mins away from the nearest station and facility of the room are very good. Rates were affordable, the wifi is so fast, they have laundry, cutlery, everything! Its like your second home in Tokyo. I highly recommend this place to stay.
