I was delighted by the personal attention I received from the hotel's restaurant manager, Mr. Shigeno. The Veranda restaurant has a nice lunch buffet daily with lots of variety. However, I am a vegetarian, so my first day I went in the restaurant and asked Mr. Shigeno if I could look at the food items and then decide if I... More

If you're familiar with Japanese business hotels then you know exactly what to expect. Worth mentioning: front desk staff are quite good, in-hotel restaurant is overpriced, adjacent konbini is nice to have, very few other restaurants in walking distance. I stayed here to attend a trade show at Tokyo Big Sight. I can't think of any other reason you'd want... More

Stayed for 3 nights and found the whole experience very enjoyable. Delightful, attentive staff were always on hand to be of assistance. The room was small but for business purposes it was enough. Good breakfast. For those who travel to Disneyland - the location i guess the and price would be just an amazing package.

The 3 hotels around akihabara station (Rem; Apa; Washinton) have 2 things in common. Tiny rooms but great location. Have stayed in better tokyo hotels but the long walk home after a tired day of trekking can be a hassle. APA hotel is small but everything is at your door-step. Hundreds of restaurant, convenience shop, yodobashi camera and akihabara station.... More

The hotel had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. About a 2 minute walk to Shiomi station so transport is literally at your door. Great location for those going to Disneyland/Disney Sea as it is only a few train stations away. Also about 3 stations to Tokyo station which makes getting to other parts of Tokyo and the airport... Stayed in this hotel for three nights. The room was small but considering the location i guess the price was fair enough. It's near the station..I could use fast internet access. It's quite in the hotel and our view was seaview so we could enjoy more.

This was our "utility" hotel, which we swapped to during our Tokyo stay in order to make it easy for our 3 day visit to the Tokyo Disney resort. After coming from a much, much better hotel located in central Tokyo (the Akasaka Excel Tokyu Hotel), this hotel was quite a letdown. Double room was VERY small and cramped for... More

location: near Shiomi station ~7 mins walk if you are fast not a great location if you're not a disney fan. walk like hell when you transfer at tokyo station expensive to get to shinjuku or daiba for the gundam residential area room size - so small i struggled with my luggage and packing. i ended up forgetting things in... upon arrival, i noticed that their parking facility is not complimentary and if you park even a minute before checking in time you will be charged extra. checking in was efficient but you need to get your key cards from a machine. why bother checking in with a human being if they are going to send you to a machine... One can get easily overwhelmed with the number of options available in the Tokyo area. I chose this property primarily because I thought it was accessible to Tokyo Big Sight. It is, somehow, in that it is about three train stops away (involves one transfer though). The Keiyo Line station for this hotel is Shiomi. It's the third stop from... More
