This hotel is value for money. The rooms are not that big but enough for my family to rest and sleep after a whole day out. House keeping was great as they cleaned up our rooms every morning. The surrounding area of the Hotel has quite a few restaurants. It's very near to Odaiba and Tokyo Disneyland. We enjoyed our... More

Check in was the worst experience I have ever had in Japan. There check in time was 3:00pm and many people with young children had been waiting for an hour or more in the lobby to check in. When I asked at 2:50pm if it was possible to check in a tiny bit early as my daughter was 8mths old... More

This hotel is rather far from downtown Tokyo but is a good neighbour to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel is not expensive and contains all the conveniences one should exorct from a hotel. Room is small but clean and allows a very decent stay. Breakfast is good with a variety of Japanese and international selections. The hotel is an ideal place... More

A nice hotel with though not big rooms ..as you go higher up you can have a bigger room at higher prices though .Breakfast is very well spread with good selection and the coffee shop at ground floor is good too. There is a Lawson open around the clock that makes all your immediate needs catered to .With excellent airport limousine... Effortless travel to the hotel from the airport via the airport limousine bus, waited about an hour for it but it has no stops and drops you off right outside. The hotel is on a comple with the panosonic opposite. We stayed at this hotel just for the reason that the location was where the tokyo frienship ran began and... More

THe rooms are OK. Small, as is common in Japan. Don't expect more than two beds with a minimal strip of space around them, and a tiny bathroom. But everything was clean and not was worn as I often find in Japan. Staff spoke decent English. But the break fast was just terrible. More like some company cafeteria buffet than... More

Rates were excellent considering you're in Tokyo. Room was small by American standards but acceptable by Japanese standards. Internet and wifi available in the room with no trouble. Close to rail and bus services, and taxis are always available. I was too busy to try the $15 breakfast buffet but the bar looked very inviting and offered some meals I... More

Ticked all the boxes and was well-suited to my one-week stay for a conference. Nice enough room (small, but fine); near metro stops; reasonable coffee in the cafe downstairs; cheap-ish (for a hotel) breakfast buffet at ~$15 ... although the western options were a bit limited. Had self-service coin-laundry facilities on 4 of the floors, and like most hotels a... More

The hotel was alright. It was on the JR not close to the Metro so everyday you will have to spend $10 a day minimal to get to the metro. Rooms are on the small size, bar downstairs doesn't make the greatest drinks. Food is average, people at the front desk doesn't speak or understand English very well.
