I stayed here for 3 days separately. Since Tokyo is so crowded and expensive, I always go for the cheaper one since it's just for sleeping. We stayed here for just one night because we had an overnight layover in Tokyo. The locaton was just a few steps away from the subway station and we were able to take the train in the morning to Haneda airport (it was about 45 minutes away on the train).
