If you want the capsule experience this is an option. However I'd only stay one night and then go stay in a hostel because that's basically what it is. The lights were left on all night. You have a curtain which blocks some of the light but not enough. The bathroom and showers were on a completely different floor. Not... More

A friend and I stayed, booked a double capsule after hearing in one of the reviews that the single capsules had doors to seal out noise. HOWEVER, the large capsules only had flimsy curtains that did not block out any noise and still allowed light in. So, if you don't enjoy snoring, coughing, people shuffling by and talking into the... This is our very first time staying capsule hotel. The capsule for couple is just nice for two average sized adults. Check in procrss is fast. You need to store ur luggage at the reception area. U will be given number tag for verification. Locker key will b provided at the same time. We actually take out everything we need... More

A must do while you are in Japan! Our couple capsule was spacious, everything was well explained by the staff! Pyjamas, toothbrush and towels provided! The bathroom was great, loved the little jacuzzi! Shiseido products provided! Location a bit far but easy access!

Sooooo I been in Japan for 3 years. And been to the love hotels, the small business hotels, but never the capsule hotel. I must say that it is interesting and fun! If you are a very private person introvert type and sensitive to other people then IT IS NOT FOR YOU! The shower room is your typical bathhouse style... More

We stayed at Kiba for 6 nights and we didn't choose it for the capsule experience, if we could have afforded a nice hotel, with a private bathroom near the metro, we would have but Tokyo is very expensive, especially if you're planning your trip only 3 weeks ahead. Instead we ended up at this hotel/hostel and were pleasently surprised.... More

Most tourists are put onto the 5th floor where there are only women toilets. The men's are on the 4th so going to the toilet at night means catching the elevator. The communal baths are on the 3rd floor and you have to store your main luggage in the foyer (2nd floor) so getting changed and ready means lots of... More

It should be on everyone's bucket list, as this hotel concept is only available in Japan. This one is located a few meters from the Kiba metro station. The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The stay comes with a pajama set, towels and slippers. You put your big luggage in the common... More

Located within walking distance from the Kiba station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, this capsule hotel was slightly better than previous capsule hotels that I've stayed at in that they provided PJs and a decent public shower/bath area for guests to use. It's also one of the few capsule hotels that allow both males and females to stay. The... More

Tokyo Kiba was our first capsule experience, and we stayed here because: 1) Japan is the home of capsule hotels. 2) This one allows both men and women, and couples can share a capsule if desired. We reserved two rooms since we were unsure how spacious the capsules would feel. (Answer: two adults fit easily, but one capsule might feel... More
