Great experience one you just have to try. Close to the station so not to hard to find .you will have to leave your main bags in the lobby area but they are tagged and you get a number so are pretty safe .you also get a locker you can leave smaller bits in big enough for two day trip... More

Our stay in this hotel was an interesting experience! Staying in a capsule hotel was surprisingly comfortable. The capsules and spacious and the beds quite comfy. It was mostly very quiet with guests being very respectful, so you'll only really be disturbed if you're a light sleeper (or have an unfortunately noisy neighbour). You do have to leave luggage in... everything was how expected and the semi-double capsule is big enough for two people but: the bathrooms are TOTALLY shared. it means that if you have some problems about having a shower naked in front of other people in a big sauna, think about it. the cleaning was acceptable for one night, not for a longer period. be careful when... We rent a capsule for 2 people, everything was provided and bathroom was super clean. We went to the onsen too, overall we really enjoyed our stay in this place. Plus was inexpensive and near to the metro station. I really recommend this place for mix couples trying to stay in a capsule hotel.

the capsule has a very comfortable matress, even more than some of the ones i found in regular hotel rooms, but incredibly cheaper....actually, looking back, i would not have minded staying in Tokyo Kiba hotel during all my time in tokyo. The onsen or bath is very nice, they have everything you will need there, towels are changed every day,... More

This is quite an experience. I slept her for one night but wouldn't mind staying longer, just not too long..You have to store your luggage downstairs in the reception which can be a bit chaotic, and it doesn't seem like the staff has too much control over who's digging in who's luggage. The capsules are quite small and not the... More

We wanted to try out a capsule and this was the only place that had double capsules so we booked! I really enjoyed our stay! I thought the capsules were a comfy and a decent size for 2 people. It was a fun, Japanese experience that we wanted to try out a d it was great - and also a... More

I really think that when traveling in Japan, you really ought to try the capsule hotels and the Kiba Hotel was a good place to do so. First, the good things. Our capsule (a semi-double one, we fitted in just fine) was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were in good condition and I even tried the hot tub - nice... More

I stayed two nights at Tokyo Kiba hotel. Nothing to say except this word "Absolutely perfect" This is the best place for someone who is looking for nice and cosy accommodation during visiting Tokyo. The receptionists are very helpful. The lounge is clean and you can access to the net for 24 hours. It has bathrooms with jucuzzi and hot... More

For those complaining about the capsule experience, you get what you pay for. If you want an ordinary hotel, book an ordinary hotel. If you want an ordinary experience, book something with an ordinary price. The capsule I stayed in was very comfortable, but it did get a little warm inside. Can't blame the hotel for that though. The front... More
