This was a real cool place to stay in Tokyo. Cheap and one f the only capsule hotels to accept couples. price was good. Room was clean and comfy for the size. was by no means the best nights sleep Ive had but by far the cleanest place in Japan. Would really recommend for the experience.

My wife and I were travelling to Misawa, Japan to visit our daughter who is stationed there in the Air Force. We wanted to stay in a "capsule hotel" for the experience and found this as one of the few options that allow double occupancy, mixed sex, stays. (Many are only men, single occupancy) We really had no idea what... More

Wow what a fun experience! The hotel itself far exceeded our expectations as far as location, cleanliness, customer service and amenities were concerned. Literally a 1 minute walk from the kiba metro. You get so much for the bargain price you pay! Yes you are sleeping in a 'pod' but it's a lovely warm, clean, comfortable and spacious pod and... More

Stayed at Tokyo Kiba Hotel for the experience more than anything else and really enjoyed our time there. Using Maps we searched for the hotel for more than 2 hours. Eventually one of the locals came to our rescue and informed us that our Australian version of maps had sent us to an address 2 blocks away from the actual... More

We have found this hotel capsule by internet and we trough to stay just for one day or two. I have to say it: really nice please, clean, big bathroom place and nice people. In the end we stayed there for 5 days and we find ourselves really good.

One of the few capsule hotels that let females stay, this hotel is very close to Kiba station if you exit via exit 4. We did have to lug our suitcases up to reception but after that there was a lift. The reception staff spoke basic English and were very helpful. I couldn't figure out how to work the light... More

I was pretty keen to try a capsule room, and we picked this place as it was well priced (compared to other options in Tokyo!) and offered a mixed double, which other capsule places don't seem to allow. The place is only 6mins walk from the Kiba stop, and very close to QI, which sells pizza, a shopping mall, and... More

I thought it would be fun to try a capsule hotel for my first night in Tokyo. It's about a 6 minute walk to the subway station. I arrived at night so it was difficult for me to locate, but people are very friendly in Japan and are very willing to help you find your way. There are certain times... More

My wife and I had always wanted to experience the "capsule" hotel - but wasn't sure we could as we were of the understanding that they were either all-male or all-female. To our surprise, Tokyo Kiba Hotel offers "mixed" couples capsules. We were very pleasantly surprised with the service, the comfort of the beds - er - bed, as well... More

It was our first time in a capsule hotel and it was a fun experience! The capsules themselves are not quite as small as I thought they would be and I am 6 ft 5! With some of the capsules being double size, we had no trouble fitting in one together and we still had space for some of our... More
