Very easy to access from the station, not even five minutes, plenty full breakfast, staff was good and helpful, not many options in the area, but with the metro you can to any major point of Tokyo in less than 40 minutes. From Haneda airport you will have to change just once the train. Rooms are small, standard for Tokyo,... More

We chose this hotel because of its location to Disneyland and the free shuttle. Note that the free shuttle does not take you directly to Disneyland, it takes you to a JR Station one stop away from the station for Disneyland (both land & sea), was good enough for us. Also another point to note for the shuttle, it only... More

Great business hotel with a touch of family approach since it serves as a good base to Disney Tokyo. Travelled with 3 kids ( 10,6 and 2) and used the metro that is couple of minutes away to go everywhere. It is an attraction itself. Located in a good neighbourhood, it gives you a good feeling to what it is... More

We stayed here in April for 9 nights and would love to go back any time! Great location, only a couple of minutes away from the subway station in a nice area. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection of both japenese and more western style food. The room was really comfortable and spacious! They offer free shuttle service to... More

The hotel was not even a 5 minute walk from the train station!!everything that we wanted to see was anywhere between 15- 40 minutes away which isnt too long when you consider all the stops you make, but the time really does go by since you can just admire the views on the way. Not to mention the hotel is... More

Although the hotel is not at centre of Tokyo, but just 5 mins walk from subway station. Taking subway to Shinjuku is 40 mins, or Ueno is 30 mins. It is located at a residential area. The location is quite but a lots of budget shop selling living products. The hotel staff can speak fair english. Room is very tidy... More

During our two days stay at this hotel we experienced good service overall. The place is clean and we'll maintained. The reception and lobby are colourful with many artistic displays. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The Sushi Restaurant delivered a special experience with well presented and tasty food. The bar on the 21 floor is really relaxing and... More

We stayed here for 5 nights and chose it because of the good rate Western beds and closeness to the subway station. Room was small, old and smelled badly. Wi-Fi free, our room included brekky and it was of good standard. Staff were friendly, helpful and with good English. Hotel caters for groups, has free shuttle to Disney and to... More

A trip from Narita airport to this hotel is not too difficult. You will go need to buy Airport limo bus ticket (tell the clerk that you want to go to Kasai) at a bus ticket booth on the arrival level. Get off the bus at Kasai station then get on a train to go to Nishikasai. The location of... More

The Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai is located just a couple blocks south of the Nishikasai station on the Tozai subway line. We got there a couple hours early, we were not able to check in, but they were willing to hold our luggage. Our first night there we were placed in what was one of the smallest rooms we have...
