Our booking agent was terrible. I mention this, because our experience in this hotel completely made up for that issue - our reservations were made under a badly misspelled surname, made even more bizarre due to the fact that the surname is Japanese to begin with. There was a language barrier, but eventually the front desk managed to make sense... More

This hotel is right beside the subway so it's convenient! Our room was very clean just abit small but ok for Asians size. They had complimentary coffee in the morning n also shuttle bus service to tokyo station which I love! It's definitely a good choice for budget travellers in Tokyo. The air con was really more of a heater... More

Cummon reviewers - you get what you pay for! This is a comfortable and inexpensive hotel in Tokyo and bang on the underground line and near the fish markets. It's comfy, functional, clean and quiet, in close proximity to some 7-11 shops and with helpful staff. For the amount of time you'll actually spend in your hotel room while you're... More

I spent 3 nights here once on a business trip. Tokyo station is only 20 minutes walk, Tsukiji Fish market is only 5 minutes walk. The price is absolutely reasonable, but don't expect anything special. Japanese style rooms (small), but they're clean and have internet service. The breakfast is forgettable, but there's a Lawson's on the corner.

This charming hotel feels and looks brand new! It is situated close to 2 different subway station lines making it easier to move one place to another without necessarily changing trains at many stops. Considering that Tokyo subway lines are crazeeee and pretty intimidating, the location is really a welcome feature. Breakfast was also good bout the same everyday for... More

Just stayed here for one night prior to moving to Yokohama to see the Club World Cup Final. Nice location, clean rooms and hot water. Everything you want from a travelling hotel, and a reasonable price considering it's in Tokyo!

I knew I was going to get a small room during my stay in Tokyo, but, to experience it in person was another story. The lobby desk had 5 people working, so there was never a wait for questions or for check in. The lobby was filled with orchids, had computer stations, TV, and comfortable lounge chairs. Friend desk staff.... More

Everything is clean and confortable. The room seemed quite recent. The shower had a good pressure. The hotel is located just in front a metro exit. Checking in at 15:00 and checking out at 10:00 can be annoying.

The room quality is just okay but there must be better. The location of the hotel is nice since the market is near and other interesting places. Also, the train stations are nearby the hotel. The room is quite small and quite old. internet is pretty fast and you can rent a router for wifi access. The room is just... More
