Arrived very late at night, after delays at the airport. Hotel reception was still open after midnight, and the check-in was very efficient. The hotel is in a great Ginza-location, close to airport transport bus stop, shops, restaurants and different options of public transport. Small rooms - as most other hotels in Japan - but comfortable and convenient, and with... More

A last minute change to our plans saw us return to Tokyo for two nights and needing three rooms (on a holiday weekend). The Gracery fitted our requirements (room size, price, location). We were pleasantly surprised that for what we thought would be pretty functional turned out to be quite comfortable. The beds were a little larger than we were... More

We stayed here the first two nights of our Japan Adventure. It was easy to get to from the airport via trains/subway, and felt like a decent home base for exploring the city. It's walking distance from the fish market, which is nice for the 3am wake up, and they even shipped our bags to Kyoto so that could take... More

As other reviewers have noted, this hotel does not really have any 'wow' factor. The rooms are small and functional. However, it is well located in an interesting, albeit it swank, part of Tokyo in walking distance of the subway. It is also reasonably priced. I enjoyed the Japanese breakfasts here as well.

The rooms are quite small as expected in Tokyo, but the location of hotel is excellent for a couple of days of business. Everything you would need are available in the rooms. Metro is in close proximity and there are of course of lot of shopping and restaurant options as well. Additionally the staff are quite helpful and they do... More

We only spend a night in this hotel, we just had a change of plans so I was not able to really check on this hotel. Since this is near the hotel where we were staying we decided to booked this hotel for a night. Check-in was quite slow. Room size is small ( but average in Japan), look so... More

Located in the heart of Ginza. Easy access to subway, shopping & eatery. I booked this hotel for 2 nights. I was able to see Tokyo from this hotel location. The hotel is nice and clean. More importantly, the price is right. I would book this hotel again if I travel to Tokyo again.

A nice hotel. If your trip is for business purpose, I would recommend this. I was able to access two subway stations within 5 mins walking which are Ginza and Higashi Ginza station. A Room is quiet small but fully equipped. There is free coffee at the lobby. One more thing. If you are a smoker, you should be aware... More

A nice standard hotel located in the heart of Ginza with Mitsukoshi just 5-10 minutes walk away. The room was smallish yet bigger than many of the Apa hotels that I have stayed at in Tokyo. It had a nice bathroom and comfy bed with an efficient aircon. As with many hotels in Japan it was clean and impeccable. The... More

I really liked the hotel, it was nice, clean and the rooms were very satisfactory. Although the room i got was very small, it fulfilled my needs completely. (who stays in... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic.
