The suite in room 3215 is simply stunning. It has the view of Tokyo, so beautiful. The bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is so spacious that it can fit in the entire family! The staff are so friendly and forever willing to help. This has been one of my best stays so far

I have stayed at a lot of expensive hotels, but no other hotel have made me feel the way Mandarin Oriental does. The service level in Japan is high by default, but the service here is spotless. Doesn't matter if you are just arriving to the hotel, checking in at the reception, asking the concierge for restaurant recommendations or getting... More

We stayed in Mandarin end of July for a week. I have visited few Mandarins around Asia, I think this one is one of the best. 1. Amazing service 2. Good location. Ginza area, many restaurants, shopping malls and metro station. 3. Amazing food. Breakfast choice not so high (quantity), but quality of the food is perfect. I recommend amazing... More

My review basically echoes what others on TA have said, but I think it's still important to get another data point out there. This hotel is truly fantastic. From the minute you arrive at the hotel the service is second to none. I only had to give my name once during my entire stay (well I had to give my... More
