We decided to splurge and stayed here on our last night in Japan, before flying out of Tokyo the next morning. The hotel, as expected, had an amazing decor, and the rooms were of a very high standard. They tried to upsell us to a suite upon checking in, which we decided to take after seeing both rooms. The standard... More

I'm always a huge fan of the hotels in the Mandarin group and the Tokyo Mandarin Oriental is no exception. It's one of the newest hotels in Tokyo and sets a very high standard for contemporary, refined elegance and the class-leading service (which is standard in Japan). The location, in Nihonbashi, is adjacent to the high-end shopping in Ginza and... More

I had a city room view. Just amazing, perfect location and great lounge. Food is stunning. The best part is the gym, its on the top floor and has the city view, feels amazing working out like that. The spa is just how the spa should be! More

This hotel is well located , well run and goes the extra mile. The food in the Chinese restaurant , whilst expensive, was amazing. You should try the Peking Duck. The rooms offer amazing views of Tokyo and the staff at all levels are great. Upon returning from a run at 7 am I was offered a towel and water... More

My third time to the MO Tokyo. It's still a beautiful property with top notch staff and service - highly recommended! More

Surprised and delighted by my stay at this hotel. Service was truly exceptional. Our butler was fluent in our native tongue, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Food was exquisite. We even ate at the Michelin star restaurant, Signature. At night, I had a great time overlooking the lights of Tokyo, and drinking martinis. Wow. More

We booked the "MO 634" accommodation package that had a view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The package itself commemorates the tower's reaching of 634 metres which becomes the tallest transmission tower in the world. The package comes with daily breakfast, free internet (not free for normal packages), a complimentary bottle of red wine and “Tokyo Sky Tree” welcome plate. They... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The rooms are gorgeous, the service is impeccable, but the food is from the hotel was horrible and outrageously expensive. There are two or three fine dinning restaurants in the Mandarin, but we didn't try those. I rate this hotel high because their service was just stupendous. The concierge is professional,... More

I know I've given this hotel glowing reviews before, but I want to reiterate what a wonderful place this is. If I ever think about staying in a luxurious hotel with all the amenities plus superlative service, this is what I think about. From the moment you arrive on the property you are treated like not only a king but... More

I dont usually review hotels I stay in in Tokyo because its pointless. Basically compared to hotels anywhere else in the world they are in a different league wether staying in a good one or a bad one. As such it makes almost no sense to do so. However as I have stayed in the mandarin a lot I thought... More
