Having stayed here several times, we always love to go back. The service is immacualte and the restaurants inside the hotel are super amazing. Location is also very good and the view from bars and restaurants stunning.

Stayed here at the start of our trip to Japan, and what a memorable three nights we had! From the moment we arrived at the lobby on the ground floor, we were treated to an experience which we will never forget. Being greeted and guided through the check in we instantly felt at home and relaxed after our 12 hour... More

Booked for this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed throughout. The room was comfortable with nice bathroom. The service was 5 star. Location was good with public transportation nearby. Would like to stay here again in my next visit.

My husband and I enjoyed a luxurious vacation for 5 nights at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo! Everything was wonderful. The room was beautifully-decorated and had wonderful city views. The vanity was a little cramped, and we wished for more storage space (especially drawers). Service was spectacular and unobtrusive. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant, and by the second... More

The hotel is great with great service and attention to detail in all the right places. (Plugs, bathroom, etc). Our room was facing Tokyo skytree and had stunning sunrise views. The only warning is that the hotel location is not optimal for vacation travelers but the hotel is directly on top of a metro station so it is not a... More

My wife, teenage son and I traveled to Japan in March. The Mandarin Oriental was our base for three nights in Tokyo. The hotel occupies the 30th-38th floors in a new skyscraper, a few blocks from Tokyo Station, right next to Mitsukoshi, and on top of a subway station. Our room was spacious and comportable. It had a panoramic view... More

I never get tired of The Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo. I have never written two reviews of a hotel but this place is just beyond beyond compare. It really has become my home from home when I am in Tokyo. I am not just greeted by name by many members of the staff but they even remember my last visit,... More

From the moment the taxi arrived at the front of reception we knew this was special and it was . The room we had was a double deluxe on the 36 floor looking over Tokyo to the sky tree, and what a view to wake up to every morning. As you open your remote curtain and blinds and the sunlight... More

Can never find fault with a Mandarin Hotel and my wife and mine's visit was a relaxing oasis in the city. Our room on the 34th floor gave amazing views that we never tired of looking at. There was nothing that we wanted that wasn' t already there and the food was the most enjoyable that we had in Japan.... More
