Service was amazing. Thank you to the European chap in breakfast for making us feel special. Location is great. Very close to Ginza, which was my favourite spot. The level of English was okay as I find Japanese accent very hard to understand. Rooms could have been better furnished, but hey that differs with taste. I gave this hotel 4... More

The service at the hotel is truly remarkable. I had never experienced anything like it before. The staff member that checked me in was very kind, and walked me around to give me a tour, and walked me all the way to my room and inside. Being new to Japan, I tried to tip her but she refused to take... More

Beautiful hotel and stunning room and views. The decor and little touches were lovely as was the huge soaking tub. The only complaint is that front staff/reception was a bit cold, seemed odd. Had dinner at tapas molecular bar which was also fabulous although a very light meal and very expensive. Drinks at the bar were delicious but also expensive.... More

Our stay at MOTYO was an absolute delight. Whilst the luxurious touches were expected, it was the service that took this hotel to another level. No question was too trivial for the staff, and no request too much trouble. The staff that we encountered were stellar across the board. Special mention goes to the knowledgeable and helpful concierge desk staff who... More

Good size comfortable room with great views over Tokyo especially at night when the city really comes into its own. Breakfast was okay with good choice of western and Asian dishes, the food was generally good quality. The interior lobby looked great with beautiful flowers and decor and the staff were exceedingly helpful for every request during our stay. Recommend... More

This room is beautifully appointed, and the amenities and extras have been better than other top hotels. The room has an incredible view of Tokyo, especially magical at night. There are automated blinds and curtains... Really enjoying my stay, one of the best hotels that I have stayed in and my expectations have been exceeded!

it has all been said before... from my personal observation:- pluses- lovely facilities, comfortable rooms, excellent service, remembered earlier email requests for late checkout minuses - smoking in bar area, french fries were served cold, cocktails were not good, I didnt like the toiletries provided overall - excellent.

I was blown away by this hotel! This was my first visit to Tokyo. I have always heard that Asian luxury properties were amazing; in the case of the Mandarin, this is absolutely true. I have stayed in a number of luxury hotels in the states, but this was more than a step above. The staffs in the hotel and... More

I love the Mandarin chain of hotels. Every time I have stayed at one of the properties, I have been rewarded with absolutely exceptional service, stunning facilities, and unforgettable experiences. The brand is strong and consistent across the board, and Tokyo is no exception. This was my first trip to Japan, and though I have limited knowledge of Mandarin Chinese... More

This hotel was great! The rooms were really nice and lobby has a nice waiting area. The staff was so helpful with all our needs. This made the world of difference, since once we got into the city no one on the street was helpful with directions.
