Had a spectacular dinner in the gourmet restaurant where every plate is a masterpiece From the French chef performing in an open kitchen. The wait staff stands ready to meet your every wish. Everyone dining feels like royalty. Make sure you take small bites to savor all the flavor a in every course.

It is a very beautiful place, we liked the view in MO! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have all that one needs. We recommend the breakfast. The staff is friendly, efficient, helpful, and cable to assist English-speaking guests. The location is super.

After much research we chose the MO Tokyo and were not disappointed. Excellently located near a metro station with taxis easily available, it almost floats above the city but is still somehow connected to it. The room was large and had a resort feel, with beautiful amenities and a decadent bed. The staff provided an exceptional level of service and... More

This was my 2nd stay at the MO in Tokyo. I travel to Tokyo 3-4x a year for business and usually stay at the Four Seasons but my husband suggested I try the MO. My first stay was ok. There was hair in my bathroom, miscommunications with the concierge team, issues with check out, etc. Management was very apologetic so... More

The MO in Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. From check-in to check-out, service was flawless. The room (3503) was tastefully decorated. The floor-to-ceiling window allowed us a brief glimpse of Mt. Fuji in the horizon when the sun came out the first morning of our winter visit. The Front Desk associate who handled our check-in was very apologetic that the... More

We had a 10 night stay here. How likely is it that over this length of stay there are no issues encountered and if there is any concern at all it is dealt with such high standard of professionalism. I would recommend this hotel without reservation- it is definitely not just a pretty face although it is of course stunning... More

Above all else, the service is the thing that I remember the most. It’s hard to find bad customer service in Japan, but the MO manages to lift it up a level. Wonderfully attentive staff, concierge that always went the extra mile, super service in all the restaurants. The decor is beautiful, I was surprised to learn that the hotel... More

I felt so relaxed and historical elegance. I was deaply impressd by all essence of Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. Memory of extreme Tokyo city view from my room is unforgettable. The hotel has atomosphere of historical elegance and luxury, but all service staff were so kind and friendly.

Overall excellent stay and service from the staff, especially the concierge. Location is good for business and I guess you could say sightseeing as well. Outside the immediate the is not much to go if you want to go out for a late night stroll, but it is only 2 stops from Ginza, 3 stops to Akihabara and 1 stop... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
