It really does work very well, my wife and i were on the final stage of a 2 week trip round Japan and desired the luxury, comfort and accomplished service that the Mandarin Oriental is accustomed to provide in abundance. The Tokyo branch exceeded these expectations by a distance with a surprisingly early check in of 1pm, an immediate upgrade... More

Very high end property, with the highest degree of service and accommodations. Everything you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental. Views of Mt. Fuji on a clear day, great restaurants on floors 37-38, and great room views on high floors. Centrally located in a great spot to access transportation and shopping. Service anecdote: I forgot my electronic toothbrush in my... More

Lovely hotel, only draw back was there was only one sink in bathroom. High tea was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Most of the staff spoke English which was a big help.. The proximity of the hotel was great. It was near shopping, restaurants and many other things that were important to us.

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a longer trip travelling around Japan. This was our last hotel in Japan, and the perfect way to finish our trip. From first arriving at the Mandarin Oriental our every need was taken care of. We had a beautiful room on the 32nd floor, with a great view of the Tokyo Skytree.... More

The Mandarin Oriental Tokyo is impossible to fault. Absolute attention to detail is incredibly seamless, so you don't even notice your every whim was granted until you leave and think "um, yeah, can't fault it actually!". Try and enjoy the sauna and spa facility, which is free before 930am (particularly handy if you can't get a spa appointment). We also... More

It is famous for brand image of this Hotel Group. Of course, the decoration was perfect, and toilet also luxuary. But, at the top of the building Bar, it was not so good, I mean, It is better rank than other cheap and resonable Bar. However, this hotel's name is 'Oriental', not casual, not business Hotel. Even though, just only... More

I visited this hotel for a 3 days stay when in Tokyo last week. The hotel is perfectly located with many sights within a short journey and the views from the upper floors are spectacular. The staff are what makes this hotel so special they are attentive, happy and always helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This is a truly spectacular hotel. The service is the finest we have ever experienced. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Every employee we encountered was professional and well trained. The rooms are nice and offer terrific views. Obviously it is pricey but you will not be disappointed if you stay there.
