Hotel is 2 short blocks from Chuo-dori, the main street in Ginza. The building was old, not well sign posted, and entrance very small so we initially missed it and went to the sister hotel, which was a couple blocks away and were re-directed here. The triple room and bathroom were small but adequate, very clean, and sufficiently comfortable. In... More

Location is unbeatable (near several subway lines, walking distance to Tokyo station, 2 blocks to center of Ginza, restaurants and stores galore!) Room was comfortable and clean. Reasonable amount of space for a Tokyo single. Price was good.

This little hotel is lovely. I really liked their Victorian looking (but modern lift). The room we had was small but I think it was good by Tokyo standards. The hotel was generous with amenities. They gave us good quality toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes etc and I find these little things can make a big different to... More

Great hotel in a very central location in Ginza. Walking distance to all train stations and was helpful as it was easy to navigate the city from the hotel. The hotel location was also clearly marked on all train maps within the subways, which is even better as you don't ever have to worry about getting lost or not being... More

Cheap and convenience location. Under 150US$ or 120Euro is reasonable but When you make reservation over 200US$ too much. Room is very small like a Paris but bed is very comfortabable. Good choice everybody except rich people.

the hotel is located in the heart of ginza district, close to many restaurants and shops. It's an expensive district so be open to the fact that the things around can be pricy. It is located about 10-15 walk to the JR station. The hotel itself was clean. Service was good. Complimentary wifi was useful. Not the best view from... More

Room was great in size, bed was comfortable and wifi was great. Front desk staff were excellent, stored our baggage when we went out of town skiing and helped with any requests we had. English level was excellent. Great location in Ginza and excellently priced for the expensive end of town. This is our second stay at this hotel and... More

The facade of the hotel looks promising but they just cant keep up with the traffic/no. of guests. The lobby always looks like a check-in counter at an airport. There is no vending machine. But the worst thingg about the hotel are the ff: 1) They will not let you book a non-smoking room immediately. It is subject to availability... More

Arrived at the hotel an found it to be in a great location within walking distance to the local JR Railway Station . The Metro is even closer but as we had a JR rail pass it was an easy stroll. Our room was neat and tidy although small it was exactly what we required for a 10 day stay.... More

This hotel was very nice to the price we paid. The room was very small, but everything seems to be a tight fit in Tokyo. We were two adults and two kids, the kids slept in our beds, one in each (2 and 4 years old) and although it is a small room, we managed fine. The room was kept... More

Staying in Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi

Neighborhood Profile
Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's also a downtown area with shops that were founded over a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza. It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels, world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular with anyone looking for a night out.
